Forza Horizon 6 in Japan is REAL. I repeat Forza Horizon 6 in Japan is REAL.

Insta marketing team made a mistake and posted an ad early that contains the teaser trailer. T10 immediately went in damage control mode and released the full teaser trailer:

I cannot wait to see the abundance of weeb paintjobs on the cars. T10 better have a great moderation team for overtime.

Can't wait to see how they try and moderate the rising sun now given the setting, I'm sure it'll lead to some bullshit.

I'm not excited for it.
>The weekly gacha system is going to be worse than it was before, possibly even monetized
>Online racing will once again have no restrictions set in place, allowing everyone to just use the gay ass hotwheels cars to insta-win every event
>Offline mode is going to be gutted even worse than it was in 5
>Microtransactions out the ass
>They'll most certainly ban you for putting the Imperial flag on your car as a livery
>Livery editor will still be abysmal
>Cars like the 2000 Silvia will still use the god-awful model from Forza Motorsport 2
>All story events will just be "drive from point A to B and get enough drift points or whatever" times 10 for each story

Horizon 6 will be worse than 5, but at least the setting doesn't suck this time around.

Speaking of FH5, I've been thinking of picking it up, Is it worth it?

now why would i do that when i wanna get my hands on an ae86 and do sick drifting
Blame the community manager (who was one of the Bullyhunters girls, no really) at PG who replaced Crystal for the bans.

It's okay. It's a step down from 4, which was a step down from 3. Really the only reason why I stuck around with it for a while was to take cool photos with the photo mode and to create liveries. So it's worth it if you're just into that or cruising around the map

The online racing is abysmal. There are no class restrictions at all, so you're going to see your opponents use cars that do not belong on certain tracks, which in turn means that there's a shitload of vehicles that are basically just insta-win buttons. The hotwheels promotional cars are infamous for this shit.

Offline racing isn't much better as the AI will literally slow down and let you win if you pass them. It's actually difficult to lose your position once you reach 1st because of this. There's no challenge whatsoever.

It's not the worst thing ever, but there was a lot of room for improvement that the game desperately needed. Get it when it's on sale, don't pay full price as always.

I've been trying my hand at making relatively plausible cars in Automation so I can convert them to BeamNG

Here is my best attempt, the Dragoon Pintano 1.6 LXi:

Despite looking like a dumpy econobox it's kinda fast and has enough torque to spin the wheels in 3rd.
Shoutout the Automation-BeamNG exporter. Its always kinda sucked but I can't help but fuck around and do some retard-tier shit with it still.

And a non-Automation-related screenshot while I'm at it.

I'd say it's worth doing.. Only on sale like the other guy said. I say it has far better physics than FH4 (overall FH4 sucks more to play than FH5 TBH, that's my hot opinion), but overall it's still a somewhat hollow game.

Since FH5 is on Steam its easily Spacewar-able, if you just want to play it for like a month until it updates you can always pirate it, same applies for FH4 and FM2023

Need for Speed: Rivals has sunsetted its servers as of October 7, 2025. Twelve years that online racing game had its servers active, wow. AFAIK, that was the last Need for Speed title for PS3/360 that had active servers.

If you care: here’s a six hour stream of its last moments:

Good thing I unlocked its two online achievements and obtained all its DLC for cheap beforehand.

decided to purchase TXR and really enjoying it so far.
Game has a robust photo mode and pretty good customization options

Recently i have been busy with life to play "serious" games with stories, so i was always playing something like Daytona USA, Sega Rally Championship on the Saturn. I was enjoying it so much that i dug up my copy of F-Zero X and played that too, unlocked Joker Cup and will try to unlock every racer.
Now my life is back to "normal" a little bit and i started playing FFT, but i saw Asseto Corsa Competizione or whatever it was on PS Plus and decided to play it. There's no more "pick up and play", i hate it. Everytime i open modern racing games it feels like i have to fine tune everything instead of just playing it to git gud.

I don't hate modern gaming, people who say that there are "no good games now" are retarded, but i hate modern game design. Do we really need a tutorial for everything? Can't we just learn as we play?
This is it, thanks for coming to my TedTalk.

Ubisoft released it's Year 3 Showcase video for Motorfest:

Upcoming features include a NASCAR collaboration, a new Island in Season 9, and the Friend Pass, where players who own Motorfest can invite up to 3 players that don't own the game, and allow them to play the game for free together. They also said that Year 4 is currently in development, but it's yet to be seen if it will actually release due to Ubisoft's current financial woes.

The Crew 2's Offline Mode is also now available. Players can transfer their saves from Online to Offline, but not the other way around. Also, created items in the Race Editor and Livery Editor will not transfer to Offline saves.

Kunos Simulazioni is releasing a very curious Assetto Corsa title soon, evidently announced in the very early hours of today (American time).

Assetto Corsa Rally, verbatim "created by the Supernova game studios in technical partnership with Kunos simulazioni."

Introducing Assetto Corsa Rally
Launching into Early Access on November 13th, 2025.

505 Games and Supernova Games Studios, in technical partnership with KUNOS Simulazioni, are excited to announce Assetto Corsa Rally – the new additional arm within the Assetto Corsa series, dedicated to the thrilling world of rally racing.

Developed by the team at Supernova Games Studios, Assetto Corsa Rally brings the acclaimed realistic driving model of the Assetto Corsa franchise to one of the most demanding and spectacular motorsport disciplines. Assetto Corsa Rally will deliver an authentic and immersive experience that captures the unique essence of rallying – the ultimate test of speed, strategy, reflexes, and composure, all rolled into one.

Launching into Steam Early Access on November 13th 2025, Assetto Corsa Rally will feature both offline gameplay modes and gradually, throughout Early Access, online multiplayer. Every race takes place in a dynamic environment, where day-night cycles and changing weather conditions directly impact driving performance.

Temperature, humidity, surface type, and water progressively affect grip and vehicle response, making every stage feel unique. These elements are not mere visual effects but are integral to the physical simulation model, requiring drivers to demonstrate precision, sensitivity, and adaptability to master every situation.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY FOR A TRUE-TO-LIFE SIMULATION

The proprietary physics engine developed by KUNOS Simulazioni has been adapted and refined to realistically simulate the unique dynamics of rally racing, including:

Jumps and uneven surfaces.

Slippery and variable road conditions.

Dynamic weather.

Realistic vehicle behavior across all types of terrain.

A key element is the use of laser scan technology for every stage in each rally event, enabling accurate reproduction of:

Real-world terrain formations.

Road surface irregularities and characteristics.

Details of the surrounding environment like vegetation positioning

This approach – for the first time in the rally sim genre - delivers an unprecedented level of realism, deepening the authenticity of the driving experience.

In parallel, the team at Supernova has customized and optimized Unreal Engine 5, to the specific needs of racing games, ensuring high visual fidelity and performance.

CONTENT AND LOCATIONS

At the start of Early Access, Assetto Corsa Rally will feature:

33km of fully Laser scanned real life roads.

4 Special Stages, set across gravel roads in Wales and tarmac roads in Alsace.

10 iconic rally cars, including Group B, WRC and Rally2 vehicles.

5 game modes, triple screen support, and more.

The complete game aims to include:

Over 120 km of faithfully recreated rally stages using Laserscan technology.

5 international rallies, with new roads and content added continuously.

A full vehicle roster of over 30 historic and modern rally cars.

New game modes, a rally school, a career mode, and complete VR support.

EXTREME DETAIL AND IMMERSIVE AUDIO

Each car has been recreated using laser scans and official CAD files, delivering uncompromising accuracy in every component.

Advanced damage system: combines visual deformations with physical damage that directly impacts vehicle behavior, enhancing realism and challenge.

The experience is further elevated by an audio system designed to maximize immersion:

Authentic sound recordings: real-life acceleration, braking, and drifting sounds, captured both inside and outside the cockpit.

Co-driver pacenotes: developed in collaboration with professional co-drivers, featuring their original voices.

Wishlist here on Steam and join our Early Access program to experience the game months ahead of its official release at a reduced price. What’s more, your feedback will help the team to fine-tune gameplay, optimize performances, and give the game its overall polish.

Nacon posted the Season 5 TDUSC Showcase video, which drags way too long, the new features are lacking compared to other games, and makes you wonder how Nacon is still keeping this game afloat after it flopped horribly:

Ubisoft posted a map of the new Islands coming to The Crew Motorfest in Season 9.

1761274732406.jpeg

Kahoolawe will be a "playground" island, and Molokai and Lanai as islands will appear, even though they'll be empty, namely to use with the upcoming Track Editor feature.

so apperently, someone on the mod site modland (known for having shitty mods for beamng, or taking paid mods for beamng and having them for free and then creators of said mods take them down) was caught with their pants down, someone made a mod of the audi rs5, "whats so bad about the mod Bom. you pedantic fuck." is what you might be thinking. Well the mod's skins for the car had gore on it, idk why someone would do that, but i figured i'd mention that here.
