Hi there, I'm glad to see GamerGhazi actively clamoring government censorship. https://www.reddit.com/r/GamerGhazi/comments/84dpkh/please_explain_to_me_why_places_like_kiwi_farms/ (https://archive.fo/8DOSp)

Ken White gave a good rebuttal on this subject here.

"But you cannot destroy a value in order to save it. Nazis — like terrorists — hope that we will abandon principles and fundamentally change who we are out of fear. Assault is assault, threats are threats, murder is murder, and all of them should be vigorously investigated and prosecuted. The allowance for self-defense by those threatened by Nazis should reasonably be generous. But despicable speech is protected by the First Amendment, and should remain so. Our present circumstances show why it is sheer terrified madness to entrust a broad power to prevent or punish speech upon a fickle state. We've flirted with that madness of abandoning rights in pursuit of safety for our nation's whole life. The flirtation has turned sordid and degrading during the War on Crime and frankly self-destructive after 9/11. It would be philosophical suicide to hasten it now by giving a government — a visibly terrible and amoral government — the power to regulate speech. This is the final hypothetical come to pass: if the state asked you to give up freedoms in exchange for a dubious promise it would make you safer, would you do it? Would you convince yourself that the state would only use the power against Them, and not you?"

Ghazi shares their brave harrowing tales of escaping GAMERGATE and its various villains.

The whole thing is gold if you want to read a bunch of people taking themselves and Gamergate way too seriously.
TBF a lot of that is reminiscent of people talking about escaping the "cult" of SocJus.

But either way, I guess it comes down to this: you posted about some shit online. Now you post about other shit online. Calm down.

I always love how /r/shitliberalssay advocate for violent revolution and the gulag, and then whine about the "freeze peach" that stops them from all being arrested for sedition.

I get the idea of mocking someone for saying "free speech" ad nauseam but with the recent takeover of /r/OffensiveSpeech the whole frozen peach meme got pretty fucked up with the level of gloating. Which of course GamerGhazi had their own post about, with an impressive 176 upvotes: https://www.reddit.com/r/OffensiveSpeech/ (https://archive.fo/GQg3S)

So next time a SLS user says that Stalin's victims deserved it, that's hate speech and they should be thrown off the site. Noted.

They don't like that Kingdom Come game gaining traction

I've only seen a few videos of Kingdom Come, but the protagonist talks to his mother at the start. Women definitely aren't just prostitutes in the game.

And are we really defining people's politics by their hair now?

It seems their subreddit is more about reacting to some alleged brigading attempts than any sort of discussion or circlejerking even, nowadays.
It's great that they think brigading is when you say something totally ridiculous and a bunch of people come to marvel at your idiocy.

I was wondering when/how they were going to FALSE FLAG/CRISIS ACTORS this one. Not Ghazi in particular but it was pretty clear that the lefty, pro-Muslim, muhFeminism, anti-gun crowd was going to have multiple brain-collapses over this thing happening.
