I do see what you mean despite how long he uses that account and the posting style. I assume the Reddit user just did it to create more Wildchild drama.
 
Yep, this person is someone who is at least vaguely aware of that drama. And clearly enjoys drama continuing, but I have no good idea of any motive to pretend to be WC as opposed to say, @Meatman who actually did leave because he was fed up with this place.
