Are feds getting hourly pays or something? They should be paid for work done but instead they seem to think sitting on something longer in more impressive and deserving of more money

I mean no one is FORCING them to do anything, they're just being threatened with firing, jeez
 
Someone posted a news article (archive) about a probationary employee who got fired for emailing a limerick as their 5 bullet points.

Not the worst thing anyone's ever done but the pearl-clutching really bothers me. I don't understand why anyone would think it's okay to fuck around at their job while they're still on probation.

It's used as the indian version of nonbinary or genderfluid now to try and manufacture historical relevance for those, no idea it's actual definition and I doubt the genderspecials do either.
