Honestly, even if you take out of the equation the fact that theyre her kids, they would still be her helpess relatives that she spent a few years around. Even if it was a brother with downs syndrome instead or her granny, her character probably wouldve not left them to probably die because that is how basic familial love works, something redditors seem to just not understand.

Added bonus of a Redditor claiming an entirely speculative theory as fact, even though evidence only suggests that Marianne Mozart was a talented prodigy, not a once-in-a-century genius like her brother was. IIRC Netflix did an Amadeus miniseries last year and it's the usual slop where his sister is the real genius and also a sandnigger or some shit. Redditors cannot distinguish fiction from reality.
