When I first read the subreddit name "AntiWork," I thought that sounded great. I thought I was going to read about sci-fi-esque ideas about how the world could be, how people could live new aristocratic types of lifestyles without being tied to the 9-5, you know, fascinating new ideas. Turns out, it's just a bunch of pretentious socialists and trade unionists who want us all to work, just in a slightly more "fair" or "non-exploitative" way. How fucking lame is that. When I saw some commenter getting downvoted for actually being antiwork, rather than some half-baked socialist, I knew the subreddit was a waste of time.
