He's basically saying that the punishment they will be given by God will be worse than that. Personally, I think any clergy that commits such crimes should automatically be sentenced to burn as heretics.

She knew. If I'm remembering correctly, Josh's parents and Anna's parents had late night, private talks about it while the two were dating. They claimed being with Anna would "fix" Josh, and she just needed to give him a chance.

There was also a program on his computer called "Covenant Eyes," which is supposed to be a way to break porn addiction by letting your spouse see everything you're doing. So, he obviously still had problems. Instead, Josh just partitioned his computer and used Linux... and he used the same password as the one for his bank account. Which was the same password as his social media accounts.

He went through so much trouble to cover his tracks, and he fucked up the simplest shit. Use different passwords, and don't carry your phone on you while doing illegal shit.

Considering the kind of material this fucker was looking at, the mandatory minimum of 5 years would be a joke. That's not even getting into what he did to his sisters as a minor himself.

Hopefully, he'll just get killed in prison.
