I'm surprised that Pastor Anderson as not come up yet... he follows a lot of the Quiverfull stuff .... oh and that kill all the homosexual will cure AIDS the holocaust was made up by a collaboration of Nazis and Zionists he has quite the social media presents which is all link here his wife also as a blog
 
@Fapcup, I actually agree with you on Josh not deserving to be judged by the same standard as a Chuck Berry, and I still think your posts are retarded.

Ma and Pa Duggard did the exact opposite thing you should do when dealing with a child who displays signs and acts out on sexual deviance. They sent him to perform menial labor and put their primary focus on covering up the event rather than treating the victims trauma or the perpetrator's pathology. Their idols manual on dealing with sexual assault places almost the entire emphasis on weather or not the victims brought the abuse on themselves. There's a decent chance the victims are still dealing with serious untreated psychological problems from the ordeal, and that Josh has metastasized into something even worse than he was rather than learn anything.

I won't pretend that a number of people who're covering this on the left aren't hypocrites reveling in schadenfreude. That still doesn't make what's going on in the Duggar Clan and the QF movement any less depraved and sinister. They're bad people working off bad principals, and they need to be stopped just as much as any cultural poison left or right.

But of course, only a few of the "those poor girls" comments took the thought to its natural conclusion: Maybe that story should never have seen the light of day, seeing as its an old story, that has already been dealt with by law enforcement. And running it doesn't serve much of a purpose except gloating over evil republikkkans, and whoops, re victimizing the kids.

I don't know of anyone who's laughing about this, or feels schadenfreude. Most people I know are sickened by the whole thing. The Duggars being brought down shouldn't happen at the expense of kids being fucking molested.

The only way this would be 'dragging teenage girls names through the mud' would be if you think being a victim of incest or molestation reflects poorly on the character of the victim. I could understand if you said that all this coverage is like violating the victims all over again or something, but that is not what you said. Moreover, even if you did say it like that you know what else is probably violating? Having to live in the same home with a family member who molested you with little to no consequences for years and see him go off and get married and have daughters.

Also, you said they will forever be know as incest/molestation victims. Well, they are and always will be even if no one knew the truth. Sweeping things under the rug doesn't change the fact that these girls are survivors of abuse and nothing can ever change that.

It sounds like you are saying they should 'protect' the victims from people who might 'victim blame' them by letting it be dealt with privately... and that is a great idea... you know... despite the fact that the way they DID go around dealing with it privately was to have their son talk to a cop who turned out to be a pedophile.

This isn't just about the Duggars, it is about families deciding the law doesn't apply to them and using influence (or simply not reporting) to try and hide their misdoings. The Duggars have a freakin' TV show, they thrust themselves into the public eye, and they thought they could get away with it. Imagine how many of this type of mishandling of abuse cases lurk in the shadows concerning people you have never and will never hear about.
 
Since pedophilia is a persistent condition, and Josh was also raised to view women as less than men, I will not be surprised when (not if) allegations that he's abused other children as an adult surface. The Duggars are very well connected in Arkansas, and their influence is why nothing happened back when the abuse occurred. I can only hope that when he gets caught, it's in a place that he can't use his family name to sweep it under the rug.
 
Friendly reminder that the Duggars raise their daughters with a doctrinal and homeschooling program that teaches them that if you're touched sexually before marriage, you're ruined.

Thing is, like fundamentalist Mormon cults, you'd never prove rape. The brainwashing goes so deep in those raised to think it's normal for an uncle to "marry" his 12 year old niece or whatever that even if you raided the compound to save them, they'd insist they were there voluntarily. Most of them are adults, or as adult as you can get raised by an infantilizing, controlling cult.

Unfortunately the way they're raised proper consent isn't even a concept for them. All they know is that when the man orders them to drop their skirts and spread their legs, they have to do it. Otherwise they're not being perfect, obedient little baby makers.
