Ralph weighs in on Fridays too. You can see it on Surfer's spreadsheet in the last video. I don't think it matters what day you weigh in once you weigh in each week.

It definitely matters. These two lazy faggots are weighing in whenever it's more convenient to them, bypassing the rules, which are there for a reason: to prevent the results from being distorted since they didn't gain/lose the amount of weight in the same time period as the other contestants.
 
I do it Friday Morning for MATI. I usually fast on Thursday. If you have an issue with it, feel free to suck my dick.

They've consistently weighed in on Friday's though. It would be different if they were sometimes weighing in on Tuesday's and sometimes weighing in on Friday's but they are not. The time period is weekly, doesn't matter if your weekly period is Tuesday to Tuesday or Friday to Friday. Have a look at some of the Deathfat threads, they constantly promise weekly weigh ins and weight loss challenges and never follow through or do it consistently. The people doing this challenge are doing great in comparison.

Staying away from booze and eating as low carb as possible has been my main strategy, I've been fasting from Sunday night - Wednesday morning and thats helped a lot. What kind of diets are you guys doing?

i'm still amazed at how much PPP weighs, maybe its because he's a former jock or 6 and a half feet tall and young but he carries it well.
