My phone and pants add 0.7kg. Without them I weighed in at exactly 120.0 (264.5lb) (unfortunately, I wanted to be under 120). Last Friday was 121.2kg. So, this is faster than I'm aiming for (2.65lb in a week).

119.2kg without clothes, 120.1kg with. On track with my personal goals.

Fasted for the last 16 hours to eat a carb-filled pizza. Fasting for the next 16 as well to make it's cleansed out of my body (because I'm doing keto). I couldn't resist not eating pizza to MATI. If everything goes according to plan I'm sub-100 kilograms next week. My ideal weight for my height is around 75 kilograms (that would be slim, which is what I'm going for).
