Wasn't that agreed a long time ago? Can't see how Middle screws you unless someone has a vendetta against them and spawn camps them like Roland did. Everyone else would fuck you up for the slightest transgressions.
 
I think the ending I'm going to go with is that they do whatever fucked up shit to forcibly distort her daughter (though she likely isn't able to due to being a child, may just end up some peccatulum like the orphans), and Ryoshu has no choice but to kill her herself.

I like the time traveler one though, that one would be pretty bittersweet. Desperately wants to be the loving mother she never had, but in the end, she likely wouldn't be able to keep her(self) due to whatever complications.

These fights are so fucking scripted but i do like them i hope after this canto we never get scripted fights like this again otherwise it'd ruin the memory

Finished the canto. I liked the pass on.
Final part seemed more like scripted fun than actual fights but i do like it. its fun. Its just h ype moments and aura but then atleast we got alot of character moments for you to soyface at like geschell or emperor cockroach or poland. This is just a fan service chapter. Cant wait for meursaults canto which would just be a long ass trial maybe courtroom drama. Lol stupid faust and the hermann group

Overall I liked the Canto. Thoughts on the final part.

I was surprised we got so much stuff for the other Sinners, especially Gregor who I didn't see coming. And honestly I forgot about Smoke War Sinclair the second he left the screen, I had to see @CharlesBarkley's post and then check the node again to remember what happened.
The scripted fights were fun and hard, especially Gregors. The Roach Emperor gave me the hardest time somehow with the first Ring fight being just behind it. Ryoshu's scripted fight where she deleted stuff was probably the worst due to how one-sided it was but Rein's fight made for a decent follow up.
I'm surprised Hermes was name dropped, him being the one behind the Index was only a niche fan theory in my mind but it looks like there's some truth to it. Although I wonder if Rein's deal was, of course he'd a deeply lonely and disconnected person who serves the Index. But at the same time his cape was seemingly stripped from him and the Index was hunting him down. Although Hermes(?) or the Will of the City forcing him to larp as Roland his entire life and then kill himself with an Fpoon is darkly hilarious.
This is the Canto that probably ended the most predictably, Ryoshu killing her daughter was an idea I saw thrown around a lot. Although not as much as Araya being the sword, which she wasn't, but now she's effectively it's scabbard. I don't think that it being predictable is bad, I think I pretty much predicted the climax and Gebura moment earlier in the thread, I just couldn't know the Araya was going to be alive in some form after dying. Ryoshu did feel like the most heavily foreshadowed Sinner and the story itself was enjoyable. It is a bit funny since with all this FATE LOST stuff, there seems to be an indication that what ended up happening isn't what was supposed to happen.
Also I just realised something, I ended up liking the characters of everyone who was introduced in this chapter. Definite improvement over Canto 8 in that department. Especially since we're going to get actual IDs for them and not just faceless goons.
Oh yeah and Kira survived so I guess she's going to be the LCD's new member and I guess Mersault and Outis. And we got to see the Faust-cord, and yeah they're pretty much a bunch of shitty powermods engaging in petty bullshit to fuck with people. Literal redditors, although that's about what I expected.
 
I apologize to canto 7 fags, your canto might have had the most dogshit part 1 and 2, but at least it made me care for the ending.
What a fucking waste of time this canto was, ryoshu got cucked out of her own canto, it sets up EVERYONES PLOT except her and it ends with actual Roland memberberries for no reason.
 
I liked the boss fights of the canto but I also don’t like nonstop NPCS doing all this flashy stuff and have twenty paragraphs on skills when my go-to flawless strategy has been”DURR I CLASH GOOD AND HOPE BLEED NUMBER GO UuooO OONGA BOONGA!!”

Not that over complicated ID’s are required, but maybe more mechanics like green coins and new shit like that for players would be neat.

Also they should make the next canto be set in a-zone, AKA AMERICA and you have a burger eating contest.

My theory of Kromer being created as a person implanted with N-corps canned experience has more and more weight behind it.

It's funny I didn't mind Gregor's roach mode, but I cringed at Sinclair.

Also Kira is alive, so at least one of the apprentices survived.

Overall Liked it. Although I felt like it could have used some more.

It's because his dialogue with Castillo and Albina is terrible. I went back and read the story and I think that's why I ended up blocking it out of my mind, if only I had Ryoshu here to slash away those memories of his cringy dialogue. Gregor's transformation is also something horrific that creates way more problems than it solves, while Sinclair got stronger seemingly with no downside.

Gregor is like don all downsides while sinclair awesome and epic color fixer trench pilot ww2 transformation is just gambling. Next sinclair transformation we get and hes fucking genos or maybes a fuckin fisherman. Sinclair hits his transformation and hes just the rape birds from hong lu canto with hair instead of feathers
