I decided to waste my remaining lunacy for a 10 pull and what do you know, it's magical girl don kek's EGO.
 
I only got Hanafuda Ish so I will be writing about her now
Basically, its what I thought about her when the ID was teased, it takes too long to properly set up her bright potency, and on top of that its riddled with RNG that limits your set up, its not a bad ID because she clashes good, but not as good as KoD Rodion, so the only reason she exists is to be a tremor/sinking keyword ID that will help trigger MD EGO.

What the fuck is this shit. It would take a lot more to blackpill me about the franchise but that is absolute horseshit.
 
KJH blew his load on doing the Arknights collab. Wild since most of it was just words, words, words.

I was legit confused on why I couldn't access this WalpNight's story, but quickly figured out that there was no story this time. Very sad.
 
Hanafuda Ish's Uptie story isn't even that good. It's just Ishmael catching a cheater and a bunch of random, unknown gear and items being introduced, such as Ishmael just carrying around an F. Corp unlocker to catch a cheater. No mentions of the Library at all, not even an invitation (how the fuck is this ID even related to the Library, then? there's no invitation in Ishmael's story at all). It feels like a part 1/2 to the actual Uptie story. Most filler Walp in ages, they better out-do themselves in Canto 9 to justify this, kek

On the other hand, Allen Gregor's Uptie story is pretty good. Malkuth makes an appearance and says one of her in-battle quotes from Ruina.
 
I blew my load and got both IDs and Kali. This Walpurgis feels like a lazy cynical cashgrab after the AK Collab and I would've rathered not deal with a halfed assed event like this again. Ryoshu's Canto is probably going to release mid to late January. These morons aren't gonna do it within a timely fashion. Either way I feel like we're in the "maintenance time" of the season where not much is going to happen for 2 months other than that RR1 rerun.
 
Damn, a lot of doom and gloom here. If I had to choose between a smaller Walpurgis on schedule, or a permadelayed Walpurgis like what we had at the start of the season just for a blip of fanservice, I'd rather take my 2 IDs and minievent. At this pace, Season 7 should come out on time in December.
 
Although not optimal, Hanafuda Ish is pretty fun. Playing around her card mechanic requires some babysitting, but all her currently released EGOs match all her suits. Once you get her ramped up, you can just EGO spam and use Kozan like every 3 turns. I'm not sure if I'm just lucky, but I've always had every fight start off with a suit matching one of her skills.

I've not spent enough time playing around with Allen Greg. I think he needs two slots to apply deep wounds reliably. Its nice that he has a tremor ID since I can use his Arknight's EGO.

I like that they got "3rd" right on the icon but on the banner page they fucked it up. Give us Lunacy for this unspeakable game breaking mistake.

If it's an Adept then yeah, he can be cool. I'm just hoping he isn't a copy and paste of Cockclair like Si Rodya and Gregor are with each other
I'd be more excited if Burn wasnt probably in the worst state any status (except pure Charge) is in. It desperately needs a new gimmick status or anything, Dark Flame is getting old, and having to fit in Lord Hong Lu in the team isn't helping
