I did not expect another Don ID so soon.

E: To not double post I finally got a decent run, ran out of luck with my coins for the flower.

I saw the start of C7 the other day and was wondering if they would do anything with Firefist and here we are. They must be saving Ryoshu for the event ID.

I've also been hooked on this RR for some reason. I'm very tempted to try and get to 35 or below but I would need to dump 150~ crates and I don't know if I have the patience for resetting each section 20 more times.

Probably another Rupture Poise identity.

Making a great match for Gregor :story:

I feel like Sinclair got pretty screwed this season, nothing really notable.
I just got off the phone with Ji Hoon

Sinclair is getting a Moon Knight Bari Id
Ryoshu is getting a Don Quixote (Real) Id

This was hell

It was the Mirror Dungeon at its worse, just ego spam that by the end I had to superbia the final attack against the boss because I literally burned every Envy I had. It doesn't seem to give you anything besides an achievement. Final boss was Barber with 13K health, you literally can't do anything but clash with egos (everything else is a clash fail and instant defeat). You have to invest in Poise for it to work, I don't even know what besides Poise is usable since literally every status effect is too slow, though at least bleed gives you . Maybe Poise and Charge to just annhilate everything with the right gifts (maybe burn has health % gifts which would be useful?). Best advice I can give is post level 5 aim for floors with minimum level of rewards so you wouldn't get anally raped as much. The penultimate battle before the Barber was a group of butlers which are probably the most dangerous enemy for the sheer walling and damage they can dish out. Felt it was more of a test of resetting the battles until you get a first turn nuke.

Did a 10 floor run on hard with a burn team and it doesn't fuck around, tried to max out on levels and anything that would give clash and offense bonus and was mostly reliant on EGOs by the end. Feels like the old MDH by the time you get to the later floors. All the gift choices end up giving Final Power or Base Power too it seems like. Achievements don't seem terribly hard to max out, mostly just getting all the effect gifts in a single run. You might need to run it on hard for each status team since I'm not sure if 6-10 give hard mode gifts on normal.

Beaten to it by a hair.

The only good thing I can say about it that it makes me wonder how to optimize the run so you wouldn't need to keep resetting. The best I could come up with is half bleed + half tremor. All the Poise you need is from the gifts, the tremor are purely there to allow you to use the gift that auto staggers on burst (there are plenty of tremor burst EGOs). The bleed are there to nuke, since I'm pretty sure Don's latest EGO can do some massive damage for both groups and individuals without needing to jump through hoops like the other nukers.

Poise Bleed was super easy, I unironically had a harder time on floor 1-4 because rng literally didn't give me any of the key gifts for the build until the end of floor 4. Couldn't build bleed stacks or Poise, feels bad man.

Easily have a complete build + poise + lunar memory by floor 5/6

New Don ID looks like Rupture but I hope it's Burn since she already has a pretty good rupture ID.
I think Don's new ID is almost certainly Burn, or maybe Burn+Rupture? Sure she has rupture blue/green colors but her fists/cufflink thing is flamming in the sprite animation and in the ID art it shows her melting a sword in that hand.

Anyways I'm surprised the jobber from Fire Fist office a three star ID, he felt like 00 fodder ID materiel. His animations even seem to show an alternate skill 2 and 3, but Gregor really makes the jobber guy seem interesting, Bug Guy makes it work somehow.
Hopefully this isn't another one of Gregor's jobber ID moments where he just barely loses out to someone else is viability.
I feel like Sinclair got pretty screwed this season, nothing really notable.
Sinclair and Ryoshu have felt kind of shafted so far, or at least recently, hopefully they'll get events IDs from the Sweeper event since Faust, Hong Lu, Ishmael, and Gregor are already going to be getting those Arknights event EGOs.

So far I've tried Poise, Charge, and Rupture. Charge was the hardest, with the whole ramp up Gimmick but I found clashing with skill 3 more reliable then using EGO sometimes, for Rupture room fights were harder than bosses since bosses just got thrill nuked while waves of enemies could kill Meursault(and only ever Cinq Meursault for some reason).
Poise was the easiest, even without me crafting Lunar Memory since Poise with both of it's gifts crafted can just nuke with Skill 3s, not to mention the high damage from Clean Mirror, the consistency of Nebulizer, the extra clashing power from Cigarette Holder, Finifugality. Not to mention the EGO gifts from both the Blade Lineage events.
Dodge skills were unsurprisingly good as well, especially if you do the smart thing and take Clash/Defense power and Offense/Defense level as your mounting trials instead, generally even if there's a promising gift it's better to take the less harsh trial.
Also I think the Whale guys are still the most dangerous with their 40 power minus coins rolls above floor 5.
Haven't tried out Bleed, Sinking, Tremor, or Burn yet. Will probably build a Burn team after the new IDs come out.

Don't hate on them fam, they are funding my LoR anime
Honestly I wouldn't even classify Limbus as Gacha. When a free to play (barring the seasonal pass which is extremely low amount of cash) gives you enough resources to own every piece of content available, can you compare it to shit like Genshin that at most you'll own 1/4 of the content and even that as extremely underleved (leading to choosing between new characters or sticking to a single one)?

I started playing HBR that reminds me how bad things can be:
* Everything besides 3 stars might as well not exist.
* Insane power creep and balance so most characters are unusable. This is especially bad in the global release since the game already is two year old in Japan so there is no reason to spend anything until the current OP shit comes out.
* Bullshit events that require OP builds to pass dor all rewards.
* No way to get an ID in an assured way besides hard pity.
* High chance for global servers to shut down because of an atrocious first impression with how Jap-Kikery it is. Leading to the whole game feeling like a waste of time.

Double post since phone.
I think Don's new ID almost certainly Burn, or maybe Burn+Rupture?
Wouldn't be the first since we had bleed rupture this season. Hong Lu season seems to be Rupture season.

He doesn't have a lot of competition from the 00 ID. Bet it will be based around ally death. Hope the scream at the end of the trailer is kept.

Ryoshu at least got a really fucking good EGO.

It pretty much what I felt. The only reason the barber was a challenge is her having clash with absolutely everyone and counter just to fuck with you. It kinda boils down to getting the first nuke but at least dodge is still reliable.

Also question about the achievements. Does the type collect-a-thon are only gifts you end the dungeon with or any one you had? And do unique fusion count as all the material used? Plus can you just quit midway after the fifth floor?

I haven't tried quiting partway through a floor past 5, but the collecti-a-thon achievements count all gifts, unique fusions don't count as the materiel sued but fusion isn't required before the 5th or 6th floor. Fusion's not counting as their materiel is annoying, for but Bleed and Poise who have more Ego gift options due to events it shouldn't be that hard if you go out og yout way to aim for it.
Problem is that goes against the achievement for getting 4+ unique fusions before the 5th floor so you have to aim for one or the other.

Edit: Also I forgot the carbs from the SEA event are the real worst enemy, that counter i dangerous and can kill characters from mx HP.
