Looks like WN is next week which is earlier than I expected, thought we would get it the week after the Christmas event.
 
Finished Poise Hard Dungeon, with it I finally cycled through nearly all status effects (missing Charge which I'm tempted to do) rather than just stick to one or two. Got to say I didn't expect Poise to be so much fun, the longer battle format makes it really shine since unlike other status effects don't need to restack it so you just cleave through enemies. I don't think any of the statuses were particularly bad to play, maybe tremor due to having some annoying animations and needing to use Ego to make the status effect do actual damage.

She is the American sinner, and the US until fairly recently had the highest Jewish population of any country including Israel. Clearly you should use her more for superior luck.

Gregor Samsa in The Metamorphosis itself is Jewish and used to relay the experience of being Jewish in Kafka's time and place. He's also sinner 13, and the 13th association was Draytsnt, which is 13 in Yiddish. In keeping with your, shall we say, esoteric profile picture you must therefore avoid the bug man in your runs.

Didn't Ruina cut content have Iori starting a 13th association to look further into distortions? I guess she can be Jewish too. She's a convert.
 
Gregor is going to be the Judas of the story btw. Dante is the Christ-like figure, the Sinners are his 12 Apostles, and the 12th sinner will betray him. Also, the 12th person selected by White Night doesn't transform into the freaky ahh angels. Who will become the White Night? I don't know, probably Iori or Hermann. I will not take my meds!
 
For the Distortion Detective readers out there, Dias can be WhiteNight. There's a legit theory that she's at the very least a benefactor of the Limbus Company, given her plans, the presence of LCD, and similarities drawn between the Udjat and the LCA spec ops. This also implies that after Gregor is sacrificed to Dante his clock head will blast her with a gajillion pale damage out of nowhere to save the day. The real twist is that Dante was the doomsday clock all along.

Oh dont worry, Ive been doing that ever since I got dissapointed by my first 000 bugman id.
I still haven't sharded the priest bug to complete the bloodfiends trio (which is actually kind of a good thing since it allows don quixote to save an empowered attack by using her 1st attack since it doesnt get empowered due to the lack of bugman)

Ninja'd by seconds. It appears that the Full-Stop office fixers will focus on a teamwork mechanic. Seemed like the Roland and Angelica pages you get after finishing the game in LoR. Or like a more fleshed out mechanic from the detective ID from the Time-Killing-Time and Ahabmael. I just noticed that Heathcliff can offer support fire from the bench to Hong-Lu, probably with a support passive sin resonance or if other conditions are met.

I'm not very hyped tbh. Full Stop is a fun fixer office, but I want the abno IDs that break the game. Ditto we already have Magic Bullet Outis so having an EGO of it is less useful than something like doubling up on Dark Flame.

It looks like PM is investing more in making new IDs more intricate which is a good direction to go rather than outright power creep.

Speaking of which Uptie 5 when?

I mean, der shultz outis is already the main dps for the burn team (outside of md). Assuming the ego gives her just +1 bullet on use and doesnt proc dark flame, its still going to make her way more consistent and broken.

It would be new to make an ego completely dependent on ID (though there are egos imlicitly made to work with certain IDs). From how it looks in the trailer it seems like every it has either random or incremental effect that will end up killing Outis.

Hell if I know, but I do like them leaning on the fact that the sinners are expendable by having EGOs that inherently have friendly fire. I am waiting for the Gebura walpurgis night with mountain of corpses EGO.
 
Der Frei's abno story has always been pretty funny to me. The literary character he's based off, Max, is tricked into using magic bullets for a shooting contest that he needs to win to earn the right to marry his beloved, and those bullets were obtained by making a deal with the devil. The last bullet is cursed to strike his beloved, and the guy who scammed Max into this deliberately wastes all the other bullets to try to force Max to unknowingly kill his beloved. However, God intervenes and the bullet kills the scammer instead, and Max is just put on probation for a year and then he'll get to marry the lady afterwards.

However, the abnormality makes the deal himself, with the caveat being that the 7th bullet will strike his loved ones. So what does he do instead? He kills all his loved ones himself because he just really wants homing bullets and doesn't want any of them to be wasted. The devil seeing this is basically like "Damn bro you're worse than me I guess you can be the devil now" and dips, leaving Der Frei to be Der Frei. Man just really loves his aimbot.
