Got 3 out of 4 on the second pull. Lucky me.

Any tips on how to kill all of the robots on Hard Mode Ordeals? I'm always 4-6 short of the perfect clear.
I ran Bullet Outis, Regret Faust, Sunbrush Yi Sang, Molar Ish, and TT Hong Lu (there's probably someone better to run). For ego make sure to have Ebony Stem 3/4, Fluid Sac 4, Sunshower 4, Blind Obsession 4, and whatever has the most atk weight for HL.
First few turns (2-3~) is mostly building up for atk weight on B.O, R.F, and S.YS, and getting resources for EGO spam later on. If you keep rolling S1 on Outis early on reset unless you're absolutely positive you can get hit on a def coin for 1 bullet and clear everything out that turn, later turns use Ebony Stem instead of S1 to keep the flow on kills. Don't rush to 7 bullets since that will reset your attack weight back to 1 on S3, so save up some S2 coins when you can. Regret Faust just try and build up 5 tremor as soon as you can and hold onto S3 for start of the next turn when you can get weight+2, she can become pretty self sustaining on S2 and fluid sac is easy to get resources for with this team. Yi Sang S2 into 3 is priority for weight+2 if you can, S1 is okay early on to build tremor if you can guarantee kills and later on you'll mostly be S2-3 or Sunshower since it has weight 7. Ish you're mainly building towards Blind Obsession, her S2 and 3 work pretty well in general but you aren't guarunteed a kill on S2, sinking and tremor work well to power her up early on . TT HL is mostly for building EGO resources and anchoring on S2 to outright kill, and S3 to finish off and get the coin reuse. Again there's probably someone better to run but his S2 and S3 are very helpful here, KK HL might be okay with his S2 but that will be too inconsistent I think.
This is very luck based early on so don't be afraid to reset if you get shit coins. Reset if you lose a clash early-mid since that usually means a missed kill. Keep track of kills and reset as soon as you don't kill a unit, just a waste of time and the module if you finish.

In case you're still having trouble, here's a slightly different comp than @ProfDongs but let me clear it with like two resets and little resistance.
In this order, I deployed:
Der Shooty Outis (NEEDS to be Captain) (Key EGO: Ebony Stem IV)
Regret Paust (Key EGO: Rep Emitter III, Fluid Sac IV)
Spice Sang (Key EGO: Sunshower IV)
Liu Ish (Key EGO: Ardor Blossom IV, Blind Obsession IV)
Liu Sault (Key EGO: Capote IV (Overclock))
I doubt you need all of these, but they help a lot.
Pregor
LCB Rodya
Jefe Sinclair
LCCB Ryoshu
TT Hong Lu
R Heath
Cinq Don
Like the post above me said, just dip out if you don't clear the full wave. Not worth wasting your time clearing otherwise.
The worst part is the start, everything after is smooth sailing.
If you can help it, don't use Outis's 3 on the first two waves. Skill 1 and 2 are enough. Everything is frail enough that you can usually kill things without much resistance. Build Tremor on Sang and Paust here obviously, since you'll want the attack weight later.
The burn from Ish and Sault is super important for extra damage from Outis's 3 skill. You'll be spamming Ardor Blossom and Overclocked Capote every turn possible; and once they're available, Sunshower and Blind Obsession. Gluttony generation is not an issue since Outis will be using Magic Bullet more often than Ebony Stem (and some turns everything will just die before she can even pop it) and the Team Captain armband lets her build a bunch of it without anyone having to use Gluttony skills anyway. With this passive setup, Magic Bullet should practically always kill as well.

I saw someone do it with only Outis and LiuIsh. Basically Outis is there to kill everything and Ish is there to mop up in the rare case they survive the onslaught, haven't tried it yet since I need to get blind obsession to 4 to make sure I don't fuck it up.

You don't need to uptie everything to 4. Most of my EGOs are level 3 and I got by. My IDs are 4 though, but I think I made due without having to level them to max. I was running everyone at around 35+.
Spice Sang (EGOs: Sunshower III) (Team Captain)
Schut Outis (EGOs: To Pathos Mathos III, Sunshower III, Ebony Stem III)
Regret Faust (EGOs: Rep Emitter III, Fluid Sac III)
Liu Ish (EGOs: Ardor Blossom III, Blind Obsession III)
The Middle Sault (EGOs: Pursuance II (Only meant to Overclock)

I don't remember my standby team that well. I remember Rabbit Heath, NClair, and TingTang Lu.

First turn is the hardest, but after that it's pretty easy.
Since team captain give Sang an extra use of his 3rd skill, you can use that to dominate the ordeals. You can stack tremor on him easily with his 2nd skill. Sunshower really makes him shine here.
For Outis, try and get her To Pathos Mathos EGO out ASAP. It gives you extra damage if she doesn't get hit. I also try and hold onto the 7th bullet for the last wave. Don't be afraid to trigger her Ebony Stem here too since it also gives you added pierce damage up.
The rest are there for clean-up. If they don't die to either Sang or Outis, then they'll die to the rest. I just spammed EGOs and won, basically. The only thing you have to worry about is watching an eye of Faust's tremor so she can trigger her Skill 3 passive.

Finished it with LiuIsh, NFaust and Gun Outis. I set passives for damages but forgot to set Egos on Faust but it didn't matter since she was there solely to help the first rounds and clear up duty. And yeah didn't need uptie 4. Now only need to get the seven kills with one attack that's very much a luck based mission. Maybe guarding when she isn't firing?... The alternative is uptying Obsession to 4 which is costly.

Also I set up a rupture team for mirror and it is as broken as the Youtube videos show. Meanwhile burn team was too slow, while poise team didn't get the massive damage numbers even with the more potent gifts.

It took me 9-10 pulls to get the two IDs and no announcers. I got them but at a great cost, now I have 0 gamba currency :lossmanjack:

I never even knew there was a PM thread here, so pleasantly surprised.

Also my last 3 pulls just got me like 4-5 Lantern Don's. I DEEPLY regret not saving all my pulls for Walpurgisnacht. I take it the Malkuth announcer will be available for next walpurgisnacht but 20-ish dollars for an announcer soundpack is just ridiculous.

Guys PLEASE we NEED to find more bugs before the end of Walpurgisnacht!!!! :stress: I NEED more free Lunacy!

Also, I just wanted to show some appreciation for the game where this all started just because the Walpurgis UI has me feeling so nostalgic.

So if you haven't yet I highly recommend giving Lobotomy Corporation a playthrough (or just finish it if you've given up on it midway which is completely understandable). While this game seems like the closest you'd ever get to an SCP-sim because you're containing monsters using scientific methods, it's quite different. Rather than anomalies you're working to contain creatures called abnormalities, entities that are pretty much human ideas, emotions, traumas, etc. given physical form using a mysterious substance called cogito.

A couple of main bullet points from the story are that the main character must reach his goals...no matter the cost, control of the situation is easily lost, and the main character hits a brick wall constantly. I think the devs intentionally designed the game to express these story points because Lob Corp is fucking FRUSTRATING. It is so easy to lose control, having a death-free day is impossible, and you will do day 1 restarts many many times. However, I think to truly appreciate Limbus Company, Lob corp and Library of Ruina should be played. So I'll propose some QoL mods that should make the journey to White Nights and Dark Days much less painful without taking away too much from the experience:

Base Mod - Needed to mod Lob Corp

More Detailed Info Mod - Show's Work exp gained, Abno HP Numbers, Work Success rate in %, Agent ID

Permanent Agent Mod - Resetting to Day 1 Retains all agents. Does not Ressurect dead agents

Optimization Mod - Unloads Objects when they're offscreen to improve game performance and fix memory leak issues.

Employee Re-Customization Mod - Let's you re-customize employees after hiring

Chesed Research Fix - Fixes Chesed's third research "Refine HP, SP Bullet (increase recovery amount of HP and SP bullets from 25 to 40) which had no effect in base game due to a bug.

Suppress Levelling Mod - Suppressing Abnormalities will give your agent xp based on damage type and Risk level vs Agent Level.

Gift Effects Fix - Fixes effects with Gift of One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds, Bird of Judgement, Little Helper, Red Shoes, The King of Greed, Happy Teddy Bear which didn't work due to bugs.

Automatic work macro Mod - Adds Keyboard shortcuts which enable you to do things like tell a selected employee to repeat the previous job they completed.

HP Bar Stacking - Causes HP bars to stack on top of each other when agents are grouped up.

Agent Control Mod: Assign a selection of employees to ctrl + F2 ~ F12

Use this one if you're especially having a hard time
Ressurect Dead Agents on results screen when finishing days - Does what it says right on the title. However it implements some balancing changes, you can't hire more agents for a dept until you complete missions for that respective dept.

Also add me on Limbus nignogs, my ID is Y484525616

It's on my backlog, but god damnit I feel like it will be something that will take me weeks to go through.

Back to topic, this was probably the best event so far. No grinding and makes you really fine tune your strategy and team. I think the game is at a state where it can give the player more puzzle content since players who reached this point should have good enough list of IDs.

I agree that this has been the best event because its purely based on mechanics, but I think the standard for seasonal events is going to be the ID/EGO grind that we've got so far. The way things are going this sets them up well for standardizing the types of events we've seen with seasonal/holiday/mini chapter events being the trinket grind, WN being more puzzle/strategy oriented, and RR being endgame content that puts everything to the test. I can kind of see what they're going for with scheduling since seasons are 4 months, the first month is entirely main canto stuff, second month usually has trinket grind, third month/mid point with WN and then RR being the season closer. I think there's still a mini chapter they have planned for this season so that could be a new type hopefully but I can see it just being another trinket grind that'll give ID's since we already had the EGO trinket grind.

Just want to throw this out there that if you decide to play LC modded, I really recommend against Agent resurrection/retention mods. Use mods that fix broken stuff like the nonfunctioning EGO gifts, but I strongly suggest you don't rob yourself of the struggle. Genuinely, it's part of the narrative; but how you play your games is up to you!

Yeah, it's in the roadmap. The blade lineage side story / set up for Heathcliffs Canto featuring Bamboo hat Kim. Speaking of Heathcliff's chapter I'm so looking forward to it after reading Wuthering Heights. My predictions for that Canto are:
1 - Cathy is going to punch or beat up Heathcliff at some point.
2 - Nellie is going to be another hot hag.
3 - The Syndicate that Heathcliff belonged and mentioned in 3,5 is going to show up.
4 - Earnshaw is going to be insufferable and Linton is going to be the opposite of Heathcliff.

Dumped a lot of my resources into making a bleed team I saw going around for MD3H and had an amazingly easy run, got lucky with my enemy buffs as well with barely any Coin Power+ and just HP up and Defense Level up. Item drops were also good with Wound Clerid and Faith making things really easy early on. Ran Pequod Heath+Yi Sang, R Sault, Pirate Greg, Sister Don and Hook Hong with all but Heath at uptie 4. Unless there are drastic changes for MD4H this really feels like a future proof team for the next while.

yeah, almost every debuff archetype is useable now.
We need more sinking id's and some id that does extra dmg on tremor burst

I can't believe that the Roland from Library of Ruina on the Nintendo switch meme just became real.

Edit: With a Japanese dub apparently if you check the Arcsystemworks trailer.

The dub voices are rubbing me the wrong way so far.
Angela's voice is really... generic? Which would make sense if this we were still in LobCorp, but she's bitter and angry in Ruina. Different intonation from her Korean lines. Roland's voice bothers me since he's more of a goofball now instead of having dry, lazy linereads. Entirely different kind of facade he's putting up when you change the tone. They just feel like different characters. I know it's super soon to already be dunking on the dub when we've heard like 7 lines, but it's upsetting my autism just a little. Maybe I'll take to them a bit better the more we hear them.

Almost considering getting a physical copy for the meaningless profile banner decals as dumb as that is.
