I clapped when Vergilius showed up. This whole mini chapter seemed like it was them just trying to answer a lot of details people had been wondering about.
It literally felt like a dedicated "Anti-asspull" subchapter. Like 2 years from now when Mersault goes batshit and turns Don into the city equivalent of a field dove getting processed anyone who goes "erm.... why didn't she transform" can just get shot on site.

Also Yi Sang fucking sandbagging the team is so funny because his base kit fucking sucks so hard.

I hope their good, I've been needing some more options for a Bleed/Poise based team in Mirror Dungeons since I don't wanna use Charge. Although I still need another Bleed/Poise Faust for the team, since Faust(Fluid Sack) is integral to being able to do use Mirror Dungeons.
I wouldn't say Fluid Sac is integral to MD, its definitely helpful for MDH but you don't need it on normal. Remnant is good enough to carry herself through to the end of F2 and by then you'll have the gifts to trivialize poise generation. It would be really great if Heathcliff and Ish manage to get both Bleed and Poise since that means you could run two Bleed/Poise teams in the rotation, but you would have to run KK Rodya and BL Sinclair and only 5 units on both teams could get the advantages of both fusion gifts. There's also enough IDs to cover a Poise, Bleed and Poise/Bleed team so you would only need two more for a full rotation, easiest would be a Burn and Rupture team or you could squeeze in another Bleed team.
These are assuming everything is available.

Bleed-Bloodfiend Trio, RingSang, Red Eye Ryoshu, Hook Lu/TT Hong Lu
Bleed2- NCorp + Sister Don/TT Hong Lu || NFaust, Sister Don, *RSault, NSinclair, *Ring Outis, *KK Gregor *=or TT Hong Lu/Hook Lu
Poise- Full-Stop Duo, Remnant Faust, Cinq Meursault, CinqClair, Cinq Outis, BL Don
Bleed/Poise-Pequod Trio, BL Faust, BL Meursault, Pirate Gregor
Burn- Liu Section 4, Philip, Bullet Outis, Liu Greg

You could also just run 5 units in some and move people around, have Bleed run 5 and move RingSang to Bleed2 with NCorp and his S2 will always be reused.
All those would let you take advantage of the fusion gifts and Bleed2 could let you do Wholeness as well to offset the weaker NCorp IDs. If you were looking to run 3 MDH then Burn, Bleed/Poise, and Bleed would be the teams to go with.
What's the rupture team that people use now days? And how does it compare to the other teams in md.

I'm sitting on basically infinite mats at this point and might as well use some.
I run 7Faust, Lantern Don, 7Heathcliff, LCCB Ish/7Outis, Devyat Duo. I don't run them on hard but everything is mostly exploding by F2. Outis and Ish are a toss up early on for me. Wasn't a huge fan of Lantern Yi Sang but only did one run with him, Cinq Meursault could also be slotted in but I like him more on poise teams.

Also Yi Sang fucking sandbagging the team is so funny because his base kit fucking sucks so hard.
It's even funnier to me since Heathcliff has by far one of the strongest base kits. But he's overshadowed by Hong-Lu, Faust and Rodion. The others at least made some sense in terms of prior roles before Limbus Company.

Hong-Lu, Faust and Rodion
Hong Lu probably has some connection to the Nebulea, the god-like entities that grant wishes beyond the outskirts. Since his source materiel is about how he ,a piece of jade left behind by the gods(aka the Nebulae in Project Moon-verse), became a human. Then later abandoned humanity by becoming a monk after his family succumbs to infighting. Although the monk and family in-fighting ending is a fanfiction ending since the original author died before completing his work.
Rodion probably has a more mundane explanation, she was a higher up in a revolutionary/syndicate group while all Heathcliff managed to be was an underling in his syndicate. Rodion was also probably actually involved in the syndicate activity of the Yurodiviye as the things she takes issue with, are them lowering themselves to the standards of other syndicates instead of pursuing the revolution full force.
Faust is Faust, knowledge is power and she has a literal infinite wealth of knowledge to draw from, only limited by the shitty discord admin Fausts of the Fuast-net

All those would let you take advantage of the fusion gifts and Bleed2 could let you do Wholeness as well to offset the weaker NCorp IDs. If you were looking to run 3 MDH then Burn, Bleed/Poise, and Bleed would be the teams to go with.
I know but auto-ing makes the battles faster, so I don't liking to run IDs that I have to pay attention to, outside of story mode.

My current team is W Yi Sang, 7 Faust, Cinq Meursault, Lantern Don, 7 Heathcliff, and 7 Outis.
Meusault doesn't too much for Rupture, but I take horseshoe + Nebulizer in every single Dungeon Run I do so he always has a source of free poise and Chains of Others + Regret + Capote allows him to win basically every clash.

Finally bought the new IDs and done the new content (time locking it so you get spoiled is extremely evil). Hardest exam was Faust's (which I guess needs you to burn the enemy? The last guy's defense is so massive that getting it by the turn limit is really hard and needed few times to get good RNG to give it a lot of burn so you can kamikaze and take him out. The last boss was also surprisingly tough, I ran a poise team and first time I didn't choose the shields option and basically wasted 20 minutes trying to break his guard. Second attempt chose the shield option and he died right away. I have a feeling I missed a way to disable the shield but reading is hard.

At least I had my revenge with the Mirror dungeons rupture team that beat him in 2 turns. You don't even need to roll well.

The story itself is nice, having setting dump is good after so long.

Who knew the laziest peccetula would be the most obnoxious one to deal with, it resists nearly everything besides Gloom, Wrath and Gluttony and also has an ability that reduces all damage by 50% until staggered.

I just used a bleed team. The shield and stagger are so massive you can make the boss bleed itself to death. I got stuck on the Don and Yi-Sang test for a while, its the one that relies on rng the most.

A burn team with the right gifts can 1 turn him.

What good IDs they have for bleed? As for Don and Yi-Sang, Manager and Finger were plenty to kill everything in 1-2 turns (though Don did die after I was overconfident and got Dimensional Ripped).

I had issues with getting the EX condition for the wrath exam. The enemies were easy, but the last wrath bug just fucks your day up with a counter skill that repeats at 6 burn. Had to play the other rooms perfectly just to avoid it.
Had problems with sloth too, but not as bad as wrath. I think I cleared it using 7 Faust, Deici Mer, and Edgar Greg. It's sad to say that bug man definitely got carried by the other two.

Each of them only have 1 bleed ID as far as I know. Priest Gregor and then N-corp for the other two. Have the other two apply nails while Gregor applies bleed, save his fully powered S3 until the boss is at low health (use Faust's S3 on the previous turn too) and then finish him. I barely managed to make it work.

It took me a few tries to get the EX clear for the Sloth Exam but then I brought along a support Cinqsault and that made it pretty easy. Team I used in the end was N Faust, Support Cinqsault, and Priest Gregor.

Yeah I had plenty of trouble with Wrath as well but like Sloth I brought a Cinq ID (a Support Cinqclair in this case since I didn’t get one of my own until a roll after I was already done the event lol) and that helped out pretty massively. I also used K Corp Hong Lu, which has a good choice because he actually did pretty good damage.

I was able to EX clear the Sloth ones on by second attempt due to reading their skills. You need to use your defensive skills to clash against the defensive skills of the Class 3 Peca, it's called defensive off-setting and it will invalidate their defensive skill making it not trigger.
The reason why you need to do this is the defensive skills of the class 3 give 3 protection each for up to 90% protection from all damage, and also inflict tremor on the attacking unit. Tremor by itself normally isn't that bad of a debuff, but the skill 1 and skill 3 of the Class 3 scales in power and attack weight according to the tremor on the targeted unit, so you have to off-set the Class 3's defensive skills to avoid their attacks getting stronger and the Class 3's getting bulkier.

I ain't reading all Dat, I just did it with streamer mersault, pregor, and regret faust.

Btw is Don now a first kindred? It wouldn't make sense to Virgil to have a hard time against a second kindred.

Also I wanted to joke about "here is a bleed immunity" Jimmy Neutron meme, but the thirstposting is too strong
I think Outis betraying the Blade Lineage is funny, it makes sense in hindsight as well, she killed her master and talks about going with the flow and not holding onto attachments.
I wonder if we'll get another ID for her, or if she'll have a radical change upon UT5, or maybe another system will be added into the game to support alters of already existing identities?
I also looked some of the translated ID dialogue, Kurokumo Rodion was a former member of the Blade Lineage but it's only mentioned in her in battle untranslaated dialogue(although I think you can see it in her id menu). Hope they give her and Outis a story uptie update since they would have both defected at the same time, but Outis would have stayed behind to spy on the Blade Lineage, and that's a pretty neat story.

I think it's just a meme of how she's one of the worst IDs.

Having some side chapters about what's going in fragment worlds would be awesome. Like is El Manager there? Or are they simply operating with another wing instead of LC? Pretty sure the final goal of the enemies is removing every fragment world besides their own.

Like is El Manager there?
My crackpot theory is that, Dante is in every mirror world as the villain and that's why they refused to show the face of the Argalia from the Full-Stop office mirror world. What do I have to back this up? Just my crack pipe.

No, they are Argalia coded, they plan to make everyone distort across every mirror world.
Edit: Just look at how Argalia coded this man is.

The red guys from N Corp, also known as the new League of Nine, are the ones who want to destroy Mirror Worlds.
The Yurodiviye want to establish communism.
Demian's new Blue Man Group is just kind of vague posting right now, but Demian really dislikes the Mirror Technology, not necessarily the other worlds. Which probably ties into some greater point about the conflict between humans and the Nebulea.

0 Chance Mirror universe Dante is an antagonist.
I'm pretty sure I was right all the way back in S2, except there is alot more foreshadowing to back it up now than just intuition.
I'm betting that Dante is the guy who made the original mirror technology. I can't remember the name since apparently all koreans have the same name.
Young ji invented the basis for the mirror world technology to find his waifu who was concept killed like Catherine

From the wiki "It appears to Dongbaek that Young-ji didn’t purely intend this invention to be a mere plaything for amusement, concerned if he was still fixated on an unspecified loss he suffered in the past being the motivation behind creating the glass window."

Meta gaming but in The Divine Comedy, Dante is searching for his wife Beatrice, Beatrice is confirmed to exist in the Chapter 6 ending when Damien confronts Dante about his lost waifu. Dante comes to the conclusion he doesn't care about alternate reality Beatrice, he wants his specifically. Which ties into why Young ji essentially abandoned his mirror window.
