The only practical use I can think of for that kind of setup is keeping track of everyone's STD status. Fuck someone outside of the polycule and get herpes? Add it to your profile. At that point, what's the point of even claiming to be in a relationship with that many people? To make it seem like an exclusive club that's invite-only?

The nice thing about cartoon characters is that their gender is easily changed through long hair and a new wardrobe. I should draw one of these that shows what an actual tranny typically looks like by the time they get to the final stage...

To go along with that analogy, people aren't against "prosthetics and wheelchairs." They're again the idea of deliberately chopping off a leg, or trying to add a third leg through highly questionable, experimental surgery.

Even worse, just like there are people who have a fetish for becoming the opposite sex (autogynephilia, autoandrophilia, etc), there are also people who are sexually attracted to the idea of lopping off limbs, and there is MASSIVE overlap between the fetishists and the BIID sufferers.
