I couldn't tell if this was a pro-troon or anti-troon meme at first. Apparently, it was made by a troon mad at other troons, for not being pro-DIY Bathtub HRT. With how much this seems targeted towards FTM Gaydens, I'm guessing an MTF made this.

It more or less means "you're running out of time". But it can also mean "all roads lead to Rome" or "soon". It's always had a vague meaning, which is why it's such a commonly used meme.

The funny thing is how the actual medical community finds trans medicine controversial, with some saying it's being done solely for the big bucks trannies are willing to pay to have their delusions and fetishes catered to, others saying the medical community has been brow-beaten because trannies decided to turn their mental issues into a branch of the gay rights movement and effectively removed all gatekeeping, some are true and honest believers, and others are 100% against it. Also, the medical community has been quietly walking back a lot of the treatment recommendations they once stood behind.

The cope is real. Seriously, though, it's always funny that trannies think real humans look like anime characters. This is especially true of those who live in majority white nations, as anime characters, despite their skin and hair, typically aren't meant to represent caucasian features at all, hence the small noses and more Asian-shaped faces in general. This is why most Final Fantasy characters still wind up looking very Asian.

Then again, trannies don't live in reality anyway, so maybe they do think all humans look like little Japanese anime characters and that they all look like their favorite anime waifu.
 
Luckily this turned out to be a shitpost but the thought of having a polycule so big that you need an enterprise level project managing system to keep track of everyone terrifies me
