My alma mater had a fairly big protest that thankfully didn't turn into a riot. They had more tension when we had trannies protesting a guest speaker than they did for the Palestine protest.
Many west coast cities and charities give out tents to the homeless, not sure if Berkeley is one of them, Portland certainly is.

Those tents are bought by Soros and other superrich lefty money funneled through lefty foundations (Ford, Rockefeller etc.) into lefty non-profits like The People's Forum that have a more specific focus than the foundations, who then hand it to lefty student groups

One of the things you should get into the habit of doing is looking for printed signs and other identical objects. Alex Jones back in the 2000 WTO protest days made sure to point out that the police agent provocateurs were all wearing the same kind of boots and thus easily identified. When you see printed signs immediately look for a group being listed on it and follow it to their webpage. In 2020 it wasn't a surprise that most of these groups rioting used ActBlue to do fund raising since the whole thing was largely an Anti-Trump op. What has been surprising is that these recent protests since 2022 have all been using ActBlue to fundraise while being extremely hostile to Democrats and Joe Biden in particular. I haven't really been interested in following this stuff like I did in 2020 during the riots because arson and gun battles are far more entertaining to watch livestreams of, but the backbiting from leftist groups is a point of interest, real ouroboros shit that I do not quite understand.
