not that i know of, but there's probably ones out there who do. but a LOT of anachans online are super catty and would rather live in a country where they can be praised for being beautiful and skinny among all the fat, greasy, (etc etc whatever they write) people.
What's South Korea like for obesity? by sounds, diet culture is rife in that country, fat-shaming hideously common amongst idols. And by sounds from what I've read they're not really open about eating disorders, negative behaviours are more normalized than seen as a disorder. Could be wrong as i have no experience of that culture, just what I've read online.
South Korea, especially Gangnam and Seoul are very appearance heavy with a lot of plastic surgery tourism going on. It's pretty common over there as well for parents to pay to give their daughters double eyelid surgery or have their chins shaved down before they enter college.
Don't forget that more and more Korean girls are getting plastic surgery on their vaginas (labiaplasty)

My friend’s grandma chain smokes while hooked on amphetamines. She once called me a heifer while I put away her laundry, it made me laugh. She’s around 5’0” looks about 72 lbs. She’s a lot like Eugenia she doesn’t acknowledge anorexia or her eating habits. The funniest anorexics are probably the deniers because some of the shit Eugenia says or does are so daft they’re worth the giggles and memes. I’m not pro Ana but that community is funnier than the HAES FAs.
I don't follow Eugenia closely, but is she really in denial of her ED? She definitely denied it publically for a really long time, but most anorexics do. The ones who want to keep at it, at least.
Well lucky you’ve met me, If I miss her streams at work or school I’ll actually watch them even though they’re not live, her life is strange. I said denial meaning she knows but she doesn’t take her health seriously. Past Shane Dawson she didn’t follow through with recovery. When she took a break and came back she didn’t discuss recovery while streaming. People monetizing their moral fagging about her with no regard to her psychological reaction and the enabling from her family would cause her to double down on her illness. Her family is very hands off if they’re verbally abusive or manipulative with her, her streams don’t reflect it so I imagine she ignores her illness like they do. Her lifestyle and routine even in the streams are hardwired and predictable can’t imagine after years she’d realize: “Oh gosh, I’m not good”. Eugenia genuinely emerges in small bursts she mentions small parts of her life non confrontationally because nobody that watches her genuinely cares about her health she’s a lot like a toy/makeup channel where trolls interact. Saying she’s daft probably sounds like I hate her, but I’ve never trolled her. She’s daft and funny moving all over: body checking, showcasing hot topic merch, new makeovers, all while garnering more insulting super chats but she usually apologizes/vaguely interprets it, agrees , or laughs. When a troll super chat baits her with an even tempered ED remark she’ll engage. I’ve seen her positively react to super chats about fasting, “not eating”, weighing less, jogging 1.5 hours. The way she goes: “Oh my gosh yayyyyy thank you so much” to that stuff is like a bit that doesn’t get old. Even if she doesn’t react scornfully she’s entertaining compared to most lolcows.

Reminds me of a case where a law was proposed because a man gorged on chicken and beer to get too fat for military service. Apparently that kind of behavior is treated as dodging the draft.
