edtwt (and shtwt) have been discussed in this thread though it's mostly a few specific girls from it. I think the overlap between these two threads has been addressed before but I don't think there's an elegant way to manage the threads into self-harm vs ED because there's so much overlap (see: shedtwt), and I think there's a thread here or in Community Watch for Xitter communities in general where a large focus is shedtwt but I may be wrong.

The Lauren Curtis post way back in the day on That site made me think this was a pro ana stomping ground. Thousands of comments calling a "beauty influencer" fat in a bikini when the girl weighed less than 120 pounds. This was way back in 2013 but it made my head spin.
