I use Paint.net. GIMP seems better if you want to make a gif but I can't be fucked to learn the workflow for it right now.

Tried something basic. If anyone wants to improve f0rsaken's Kiwiggler, feel free to do so. Is there a better paint-based app for merging layers and cropping them, cuz GIMP sucks ass. I'll see if I can make more out of curiosity.
