DIY HRT is completely safe and is in fact safer than over the counter HRT. I have started producing my own using a kettle and an instant pot (no you don't need to clean them, you can cook and make HRT in them) and I have already seen the results. I'm afraid of the queer youth who will not be able to have access to life saving gender affirming HRT because of fascism taking over America.

Been developing my game "8-bit Witches vs Facism".
It's inspired by classic anime and 80s/90s culture. It's a sweet cozycore experience and 100% queer!
I'm hesitant on adding combat because stuff like that just reinforces your typical violent male fantasy. I'm not sure how you're supposed to peacefully resist my literal genocide though.
I'm trying to focus on acceptable gameplay experiences like walking about and reading dialogue and basically the sort of thing you'd see in a show for toddlers.
