Or he hasn't started yet, he's trying to be less obvious so he doesn't get banned immediately. NoBueno did the same thing after his first(?) account(870EVO) was banned.

That's for a regular ban. I've seen a few Halal cases where a mod stickied a pedo defender's infamous quote into their tagline (something among the lines of "there's just something about a 14-year-old girl") and a creepy illustration of a young boy facing a wall onto another defender's avatar.
