We got ourselves another multi-million dollar porn defamation case boys and girls. A male performer named Jessy Jones is suing some tik-tok thot/wannabe pornstar named MJ$Fresh aka Madysun Jaques because she claimed he raped her.
The problem:

Yes that's the girl who claimed he raped her, sending him a text saying she's going to falsely accuse him of rape to ruin him. I don't know why I'm surprised someone with the name madysun is a retarded whore, but somehow I still am. From the news outlets reporting this the complaint itself seems like it might be a fun read, unfortunately none of them have shared it, and it was filed in the same place as the Emily Willis lawsuit which means I can't get it electronically because the online system is still being gayer than fucking a tranny (yes that is an answer to the question above, it is objectively gayer, don't @ me).

On that note can people do me a favour and try this link to the court site: https://www.lacourt.org/documentimages/pacommerce/login.aspx?appId=IMG&casetype=CIV and let me know what happens if you click on "Create an account" or "Continue as guest" because for me create account does literally nothing, and continue as guest give an invalid login error.

While I'm on the subject of lawsuits we have a couple of minor documents in the Emily Willis case as well. One is the proof of publication thing which means they've affected service by running the notice in the newspaper. Theoretically that should be public record (since that's the point), and there's a website for that but I still haven't been able to find it. if anyone else is able to please feel free to share.
The other documents are some basic shit related to the case management conference that is scheduled. That's the preliminary meeting where the lawyers are supposed to meet with the judge to sketch out how the case will proceed etc. Notably there are still no responses from either of the defendants, nor any sign they've even hired lawyers, despite the fact they've both been theoretically served at this point (and as I mentioned previously there's zero chance they don't know they're being sued at this point).
This may end up simply going to a default judgement, which is kinda lame drama wise, and even that is a long way off since the legal system is shite. On the plus side from what I've read there's existing beef between Emily and the others (which probably explains why they were saying shit in the first place), which could end up being funny if she does get the judgement and tries to aggressively collect just to get back at them.

that sucks, i always loved Jessy mainly because he reminds me of Nick Swardson, and the idea of Nick Swardson:male pornstar is what comedies are made of. Its actually the same reason i'm a nazi today. James Mason has that sort of Nick Swardson stage presence

Been reading up on it. Seems innocent to me. Been kinda fucked over by people he knows. Maj Fresh looks like a troublemaker. Can't believe people throw the rape accusation against someone due to cheating. Even if you hate them, there is a moral line you never cross.
