https://youtube.com/watch?v=_DFwGA5zgng2:40 Even people that try and like the poly will see the light and leave. Always.

See I wonder about the 'always' part.
Is there evidence for people finding a way out?

There's so many age differences, indicating a lack of cure by maturation.
They're all LGBT positive so use of poly as an experiment for homosexuality isn't a thing anymore.

The forums posted in this thread are full of people complaining about borderline to outright abuse....but they're still in the relationship and using the board on the topic instead of a normal one.

If this was a venereal disease, where would it be on a scale of permanence?

would it be crabs? Herpes? AIDs?

It's interesting that those who are in poly subreddits don't seem to notice that the majority of the posts are negative.

You would think someone visiting those subs with the intention of doing research before jumping into it, would notice that everyone is bloody unhappy
It's not ALL negative. I noticed that a lot of the positive/pro-poly posts come from people who are the "hinge," ie, a person who has a partner and is also fucking someone else. Look at the photo megathread: the majority of them are posted by the "hinge" because the other two people in the relationship are both getting cucked and hating it.

There are also a lot of ThatHappened posts and memes that could easily deceive people who come to the subreddit to learn. Look at this post, it's clearly a hostel or some kind of dormitory. There's no such thing as a three-person bed in any hotel. The person who posted this is either insane or joking.

And yet polytards in the comments are taking it seriously:

How many times have you (or anyone else) been told that? Zero times.

I will bet one zillion dollars that this Australian yokel has never stayed in a high-end hotel. Probably never even been inside one. And yet here he is on Reddit giving off the impression that his hot poly threesomes are regularly being thwarted by the front desk staff at Chateau Marmont.

In the past 23 hours, I just counted 12 posts that were negative in the poly Reddit. They're all about boundaries being crossed, trust issues and feelings of jealousy.

That's a majority of the posts from 24 hours. So even removing the trolling and shit, a quick look at the titles on their front page shows me that they're mostly unhappy and that the page is meant as a soundboard for people to vent about how hard polyamory is

"How dare they not assume us three buddies are gonna fuck like monkeys?". Also god forbid anyone doesnt sleep grinding against their partner.

Forgot that the Ritz uses concrete block walls like the local high school, godawful lights, and only the finest photos of zebras. Even for a hostel this place is depressingly shitty looking but what can you expect from low-rent sexual degenerates whose idea of luxury is probably a dishwasher.

What a bullshit, needlessly complicated exceptional arbitrary excuse to fuck as many people as possible and never stay committed structure of """"""love""""""".

Seriously, if you want to be a whore, be a whore. Stop trying to tie down your favorite pieces of meat and forcing them into horrible emotional situations because you want to rebound off of them when one of your side-fuckbuddies isn't around so you don't feel alone.

Ah, ah, ah, don't forget about this abomination of a character.

Fluorite. A character who's sole trait is revealed when they say: "Six. Maybe more, if we meet the right Gem." when asked how many they're fused with. (Also confirmed by Sugar herself.)

Yeah. What the fuck was Rebecca Sugar thinking when she decided to push this polyamory shit on kids? Why the fuck was Cartoon Network okay with it?

Looks like the Caterpillars from Alice's homoerotic cousin. This is whats kids watch these days?

They all look so ... typical. They either have the typical beard cuckface or look like aids skrillex and the women are straight outta tumblr level.

I could believe it. The letter is polite, affectionate, and assures the daughter (assuming it's a daughter?) that they love her and the grandkids. The concerns they raise are reasonable to anyone who isn't polyamorous--stop humiliating us on Facebook by making our friends think we raised degenerates, stop wasting our money on your fuckbuddies, and stop trying to groom your kids into thinking your lifestyle is normal. If it was fake, you'd think the forger would write the note to make the parents look much worse. As it stands, you'd have to be extremely self-absorbed to think that letter is an instance of "hate and prejudice".

Also, the letter-writer can spell. The Facebook poster types like a twelve-year-old.

"im happy thats all that should matter!" That's basically admitting that she'd rather keep being thirsty than have an intact family. Some infantile logic right there.

It's psychopath logic. I'm happy, so if you're not, fuck you, because my happiness matters more than anyone else's.
