No this is apparently an actor. There was another asian youtuber called Chris Chan that was a skateboarder.

He had to change his name to Chris Chann with an extra 'n' because people kept mentioning Chris in the comments.

late to the party because i was working, but
was incest just the charge he was arrested on? or is that his only charge?
because the incest they charged him with doesn't necessarily entail sexual assault and i'm TERRIFIED that means they found proof but barb is so demented she denied any wrongdoing.

I'm more or less aware of the backstory, but I've personally wondered for a while now how much of Chris' fantasies are wishful or gratuitous delusions he could be snapped out of in the correct environment with the correct care (ie, a minimum of not being able to run away and people who won't agree with him) and how much they are actually psychologically ingrained into his brain to the point where he is no longer capable of detaching himself from them and recognising he's trying to live in an autistic realm of make-believe.

I think when it comes to assessing the real integrity of Chris' psyche, there's a large difference between things like Josh simply not playing along with his blabbering and Chris being put in a situation where someone is sitting opposite him in person who isn't sympathetic to his stress sighs and has to attempt to rehabilitate or at least evaluate him. It's from that angle I'm saying being confined somewhere could ultimately be beneficial to Chris, and wondering if it's possible that those circumstances could cause him to let go of his pretenses.
 
I just listened to the entire released audio. This is bad - real bad! What Chris is describing doesn't sound consensual at all. It sounds like he groomed a senile old woman and then assaulted her. It sounds like he raped her. I don't care if I come off histrionic, that is what it seems he is describing.

Chris is going to be institutionalized. Most people seem to vehemently disagree with this. I will stop posting for a year if he gets anything other than a nut house out of this.

As far as I remember, it's the charge they are holding him on and "more charges are pending"
