It's impossible for people in Ruckersville not to know of him, it's a small town of like 1,300 and Chris is not a subtle person.

I'd be willing to bet most of Charlottesville have heard of him as well - it might be a city but he'd have made the local news after trying to run over Snyder and going on trial for that. Invariably anyone who worked in the mall, anyone who went to Piedmont Community College at the same time as him and anyone who worked in local law enforcement would have first or second hand stories about Chris-Chan that they'd have shared with their entire social network. I imagine Megan probably doesn't talk about it that much, but she still lives in Charlottesville too.

Police must have talked to Barb at this point. I wonder which way she is going to swing, will she try to protect Chris as the only family member she has not alienated or has this incident finally made her realise how far gone he is?

The law is mental, there's tons of injustices in the world. If she doesn't have dementia I was just asking if both the parties involved the the incest might get charged for it. I'm not saying it's right at all. Barb is clearly a rape victim here, but I've seen plenty of times shit gets twisted and poor people who shouldn't end up in jail.
