I think the rape charge is probably in the pending charges. Remember, you only need to be charged with a single crime to be arrested. They are probably sorting this shit out in the PD and trying to make sense of this mess they were not prepared to deal with.

I assume the charges give probable cause for a search warrant for the house and computers, ect..

Going to be interesting.

If they find any recordings of Chris' explicit conversations with the times all those trolls pretended to be Chris' girl, could Chris get charged with more? There was one case where someone underage trolled Chris pretending to be a legal age girl. They had explicit talks. Later the person admitted that they were like 13 and was messing with Chris. Could Chris be hit with more serious charges even if it was discovered that it was planned by trolls?
