The "pending charges" are probably rape charges. Most of us first learned about CWC due to his Love Quest antics (YouTube, attraction signs, etc.) What a dark turn that Chris' potentially final chapter is a dark twist on the Love Quest.

Well Christian is definitely 100% arrested and the police statement said and the victim so most likely they are considering his mother a victim
Meaning that depending charges could be rape along with theft

The degenerates you see now, it's hard to even take their measure. It's not that I'm afraid of them. I always knew you had to be willing to anger Twitter Trannies as part of this job. But, I don't want to push my chips forward and go out and meet something I don't understand. A man would have to put his soul at hazard. He'd have to say, "O.K., I'll call you CPU goddess, ma'am."

It looks like he might actually face some serious consequences this time. It had to have been an existence worse than death for Barb, having dementia and living alone with Chris these past few years.
 
The speed this is processing at leads me to believe that Barb is in a pretty bad way. They didn't wait the length of the protective order, they took him into custody as soon as Barb's examination could be completed.

I fear that she is in a legitimately demented state, could hardly communicate, and the rape kit found evidence.
If so, she can't protect him and he is fucked.

And boy would he deserve it.

Does this mean that this is the actual conclusion to his love quest saga?
