If you don't have competitive battle ready pokemon I'd be happy to provide you with a team to your specifications (or just copy the smogon movesets I don't care)
We'd probably do singles just because it's easier and then if we want we can do a doubles tournament later
Also depending on how many people want to join we'd do a novice league (for people who know jack shit or very little) and a master league (for people who are versed in competitive play)
