So, I am looking thru ResetEra(ew) for more leaks. This popped up
non-gendered-clothes-v0-b1bax311nquf1.jpeg
Apparently, they removed gender restriction on clothes, ie boys can now wear skirts. Not that you can tell what pic related even is at this point. Get used to that btw, it seems the main focus of Wind/Waves is going to be DEI globohomo "environmental and cultural sustainability" with every major quest in the game relating to it somehow. Yes, really, if you thought SV was bad, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Anyways, if anyone here is playing ZA, can they confirm that boys can now wear skirts in the game?

ZA so boring it made me think about actually finishing the SV DLCs (never did them), probably won't though.

Yes all clothing is unisex now, despite them being literal skirts or frilly blouses with corsets that come up to just below the chest, like if you were a woman and had breasts. The clothing options are pretty shit because of it, female characters have "twice the options" because women do sometimes wear male clothing, but male characters have half, because you look like a faggot if you wear a skirt and stockings.
Hair is also unisex and half the male hairs look like brownoid hairstyles.

lol, lmao even
I guess the leaks are true then, and Gamefreak/Nintendo are sipping on WEF DEI cum as hard as they can. One additional layer of humiliation for any sissy who is still paying money for this garbage.

It's a kilt, you ignorant.
Jokes aside, the core demographic of pokemon games contains exactly 2 groups:
Children, and autistic gamers that fail to understand the concept of "if the game sucks, don't buy its sequel".
Do you think children likes gardevoir as a pokemon? Of course not, but the autistic retards wants to rape it so it stay.
Do you think children that plays a male character are gonna wear the ugly skirt? Nah man, but the retard tronn that wants to fuck vaporeon unironically does.

Legends ZA has been out for a few days and I've played for over 10 hours, so I wanted to give my review of ZA. I think I gave it a more fair chance than most and am not just saying something that is going with the consensus that the game is bad.

At first I thought the game was bad like many people, but it's growing on me because of the nostalgia factor. Not from the Pokémon though, but because the gameplay heavily reminds me of one of those many shovelware asian mmorpgs that came out around the late 2000s early 2010s. The combat is a simple button mashing of your cooldowns plagued with terrible pathing and clunky controls. It's also a very grindy game for no reason. It gives you the illusion you can dodge or move in some strategic way, but it's not really so most of the time. It's very reminiscent of an early free to play asian mmorpg. It even has a similar art style and graphic quality. So if you liked the early era of shovelware asian mmorpgs, play Legends ZA and you won't be disappointed.

Some observations on the game.

Many people are complaining about how it's essentially a $600+ game if you want the "full optimal experience." It's true, you need a switch 2 and a switch 2 copy of the game, $500 or more depending on if you got the bundle or not. Then there is the $30 day 1 DLC, which isn't really out yet, all you get right now for the DLC is a couple of cosmetic items that look terrible. Finally, certain megas, mainly greninja, delphox, chesnaught, are locked behind Nintendo online, which is a subscription service that costs at least $20 a year, but maybe you can get in on a family account and get it for free if you know someone who has that.

However there is other paywall gated content that I discovered. The shiny charm is locked behind a "Mabel Research task" where you need to be traded pokemon that evolve such as haunter, kadabara, machoke. Therefore if you don't go online and beg people for trades, have multiple switches to trade with yourself, or know someone else with the game then you cannot finish the Mabel's Research tasks to unlock the shiny charm.

I'm not far enough into the game to know yet, but there's at least another choose one of three Pokémon aside from choosing your starter, with squirtle, charmander, and bulbasaur. Presumably you will have to trade to get the Pokémon you didn't choose somewhere along the line. Also the lanky hotel owner with the cane gave me my starter's Mega stone and it's unclear to me where I would get the other 2 since you can't trade for them.

Gamefreak must of been cognizant of people cheesing the game by trading with a hacked switch, so some items are not tradable, notably the megastones and something called a colorful screw. You have to explore the map to get colorful screws to trade them for items that boost the rate you get resources. I recommend immediately maxxing out the item that gives you more mega shards because you can't trade for mega stones. Everything else can be somewhat compensated by trading with a hacked switch.

About cheating/modding/save editing in the game: Kaphotics probably won't release PKhex for Legends ZA for a few weeks. So if you want to use unauthorized by Nintendo means to enhance your gaming experience you must use a hex editor or the edizon cheat overlay. Both of which have a very good chance to corrupt your save file if you don't know what you are doing. Personally I am using a maxxed out cheated save I found on gbatemp to trade with my Switch 2 playthrough while I wait for PKhex to be updated. There is a very good tool out on github to fix corrupted game saves at least.

It's not the best game, but I'm not really bothered by it because modding is still possible and I knew it wouldn't be a very engaging game going into it. In my opinion, GF really needs to make their first Switch 2 exclusive Pokemon game not terrible because there likely will not be easily accessible modding/cheating to enhance the game experience. When that happens, as I don't see anyone modding the Switch 2 anytime soon, Pokemon will need to be fun or I predict people are going to engage with the game even less so than usual. I give the game a highly mediocre rating. It's somehow below the standard subpar pokemon gaming experience GF has delivered for sometime now, but not too far gone that I find it unplayable.

The Switch games' 3D looks awful, gen 6 and 7 games look miles better than anything past SwSh. The character designs (aside from being ugly) don't mesh well with the world, they're aiming for a realistic environment yet they want the characters to remain cartoony and the combo ends up looking like shit.

Look at this, you've got the environment's muddy but detailed textures right next to the people and Pokemon's simple textures and bright colors, and all character models have a whitish sheen that makes them look like plastic.

The longer you play the worse it gets. Everything looking the same really starts to grind on you. You can't remember if you've explored something yet or not because everything is so similar. 95% of the wild areas look exactly the same and they're so small you can run through them tossing pokeballs and clear them in 5 minutes. Grinding trainer battles gets old because most of it is just you one shotting jobber trainers. The stealth aspect is beyond janky. The only times I've died was from my trainer getting hit by random pokemon moves from behind.

It's insane it look them this long to make this game when the majority of it feels like it could have been procedurally generated

Is it true that shady Jewish loan sharks are the good guys in the new Pokemon game?

I managed to catch two Shinies (one Kakuna and one Excadrill) in Z-A so far, the shiny SFX was helpful but former was difficult to make out and the latter didn't kick in until I got too close to that damned Alpha Excadrill in Wild Zone 14.

You're technically dealing with Japanese loan sharks here, the Rust Syndicate Office's design is Japan-inspired and Corbeau feels like he's related to SV's Carmine and Kieran.

doing some livingdex grinding in emerald rn, having one mon for catching and then 5 linoone with pickup is like christmas

Yea but those ornaments on the glasses look like Jewish hair curls.

I don't give a fuck what anyone else says. The fact that Volo is still alive, and personally gave his clothes to the museum is so funny to me.

Yes they lock a child into a 1000% a week loan (1 million off of 100k) but because they have you get ghosts out of a guy's warehouse and smash some mega stones in the sewers they are actually le heckin good guys.

Just going to remind people who haven't seen his content that Frogmire literally just makes the most spicy points in his videos that will give him the best engagement possible. He probably doesn't even share those takes, or cares enough to have an opinion on his game, he is just blatantly chasing the algorithm to prove that he can. He's got an ego like that.
I was taking this guy's takes with a grain of salt, since he seemed over the top, then I watched the Silksong review and thought "Yeah, this guy either knows what to do and likes to fuck eith people or he's just full of shit"
He reminds me of those rant YouTube channels from 2009-2013 that were just “popular thing bad” ad nauseum prior to monetization.
People seem really split on mega starmie, but I think the design has a lot of personality. People are memeing the hell out of it
I think it’s funny, but the majority of complaints I’ve seen about it come from facebook tier niggers that are just reaching. They’re also the same crowd that all of a sudden likes the same games they said were trash a year ago.
I was gonna get a switch 2 just for the new legends game but that shit is such ass I think I’m just done with the franchise. This and the utter dogshit performance of scarlet and violet have sealed the deal. I’m just gonna obsess over other retarded autistic Asian shit now. FUCK!
Might I interest you in keitai denju telefang?

Do kids even play Pokemon anymore? I feel like the main Poke Mon demographic these days is autistic 40 year olds who cant let go
Like with the cards, kids can’t even play with them because balding fat millenials can’t help but fight over buying out stores to send cards to PSA via GameStop.
