Their skin, hair, clothing colors and accessories are randomly generated but yes, the mannish faced hex maniac is in.

I'm having fun so far, buuuuut...
It's kinda what I was concerned about: it focuses on battling over catching. This isn't bad, it's just not my cup of tea.
It's also slow, and I wish I had a ride pokemon, but I'm not sure where it would be mapped, button-wise...
And dang, no gyro controls.
But I'm liking it! I just need to get used to the controls.
 
They brought back Poison doing damage outside of battle. Of all mechanics.

I didn’t buy the game mind you, but watching some people who haven’t played anything prior to Gen 5 when they removed that screeching into the void is funny.

Also, I feel OLD, I didn’t realize how long ago that mechanic had been removed.

At the very least one should ADMIT that they're partaking in garbage. Yet, most of the Pokémon fandom is perturbed neither by the avarice displayed through egregious monetization schemes nor by the laziness displayed through abhorrent craftsmanship and embarrassing derivativeness. Instead, when the time comes for the droves of pigs to line up at Game Freak's trough to partake of the next helping of low-effort slop, there is naught but a voracious excitement and cloying gratitude in their eyes.

Anyways, finished the 1st (i.e., tutorial) campaign of Pokémon Conquest, and it was pretty pog. Going to be making my way through the rest and maybe play some of the mods as well.

Tell me thts a fan mae player character. they could have at least picked a shade of pink that went along with that skin tone!

Also is it just me or 8 times out of 10 a white person would have made something like this?

edit: oh god, I just realized it looks like one of those fan made shitty sonic art oc edits from the 2000s.

i wouldnt have cared if they at least color coordianted by matching the dark skin with an appopriate shade that matches the pink,and vice versa. This literally looks like something some white bitch from the tumblr days or twitter would do to score woke points by 'fixing' a design.

Basically what I'm saying is that if you guys didnt tell me this was a plot official npc I would have believed this was a shockingly good edit that did not pan out well atall

I wasn't sure until I encountered her myself, and she keeps popping up in all the dialogue leading up to eventually fighting her for a rank up, she's the fairy type main trainer which is a massive downgrade from XY.

And you know the weirdest thing? they did a damn good job picking appropriate dark skin tones for the playable characters in the past. then again even a blonde serena had dark enough blonde hair, i wanna say sandy, that it meshed well with the dark skin choice in x and y.

This nu-pseudo anime artstyle is fucking garbage. Everybody looks ugly and without personality, just like in SV. For all their faults, at least SwSh and Arceus looked like proper Pokemon games.
