This isn’t the first time Japan has done Pokémon butt stuff, I distinctly remember them releasing a line of Pokémon butt-themed donuts a while back.
This isn't new, Pokemon got exposed as DEI slop either before or after Sword and Shield's release. By the time Scarlet and Violet released, it was already pretty obvious anyways.What. In. The. Fuck.

Ninty needs a Chinese colonizing to cancel out their post-2010 nigger worship. No sympathy when they get reverse-Nanking raped. Also, what "Nigger excellence"? Lol, excellence in what? Raising once peaceful nation's crime rates? Holy kike batman... welcome to Larry Fink-gaming.
It doesn't actually levitate in-game tho, which is why I can't say I miss it too much even tho that was a much better ability than Cursed Body.I miss levitating gengar.
Fair enough, especially considering his standard model and both his transformations are ground-bound. haunter is great though, spent most playthroughs using a haunter. Trading sucks Man…It doesn't actually levitate in-game tho, which is why I can't say I miss it too much even tho that was a much better ability than Cursed Body.
Haunter still levitates, and it's stats are still good enough to take on many of the same threats. It's stats are slightly worse, but still good enough, and if you want to you can somewhat alleviate that with Eviolite. Not a perfect solution, but at least Haunter has an actual purpose now, besides being a cockblock for those who can't trade it away for a Gengar.
Better yet, why doesn't the magnemite line? It's pokedex entries are constantly saying it hovers in the air all the time.why doesn’t chandelure though? At least as a hidden ability
One of the romhacks I played(NeXt Gen I think) has it but it doesn't bring much to the table. It can still be easily taken out with a fire or fighting move.Better yet, why doesn't the magnemite line? It's pokedex entries are constantly saying it hovers in the air all the time.
You've gotta stop with the endless retarded seething at some point.Western fans eat it all up tho, as they're mostly trannies or their grooming victims.
Is there a lie in that statement, tho? You've gotta stop with the endless retarded seething at some point.
Yes. That was the point. Is there a lie in that statement, tho?
While I agree with the general sentiment, there is a constituency of grooming victims - as loose as that term has become - that are dictating the state of the wider industry. They just happen to be staffing the HR and Social Media departments of these companies, the consulting firms that they source to and the games journalists that report on their products. But there is just no world in which some massive constituency of grooming victims are dictating the state of Pokémon or the wider industry.
I see what you're getting at—but at that point, I think that the term becomes so stretched by the metaphor as to lose its original meaning.there is a constituency of grooming victims - as loose as that term has become - that are dictating the state of the wider industry. They just happen to be staffing the HR and Social Media departments
Yes. That was the point.
Correct, most people who don't like a broken tech demo got out of the series before it got to that point because they saw the writing on the wall with Gen 6/7 or just grew out of Pokemon as a hobby.or have moved on and don't even pay attention to the series anymore.
Nobody who is a big fan of former games really liked it. Casuals who have no clue what they're doing and generally don't even tend to reach The Elite Four loved it because it's the same bland open world slop they crave 24/7 now. Outsiders to the franchise largely just mocked it for all the bugs and how incomplete it was. That’s kinda what I came to ask in the first place do people actually like Scarlet and violet? I hear people defending it but I played it and even without the bugs it’s still a depressing game 90% of paldea is brown dirt, you’re all alone with no trainers, and cities that bleed out in contrast and the overall apathy of “eh just do what you want” and they’ll eat it up because it’s open world.
That's why I didn't completely let them off the hook in my post, Japanese are always bread and butter for the sales figures and those SV sales had to come from somewhere. That said, I still stand by that they are not nearly as open to the DEI aspects and general troonery of the franchise as Western side is.The Japanese contribute by driving up those sales numbers more than any single western country; 4 million out of the 10 million at launch, and 8.3 million out of 26 million (just over 30%) as of last year, selling more than the original games even did. The Japanese, for as much as they may be willing to criticize SV more than twitter troons, are still placid and still buy.
145 Special attack and one of the most spammable Stab combos around.why doesn’t chandelure though? At least as a hidden ability
120 Special Attack and the fact that it would have only Fighting and Fire as weaknesses in gen 3.Better yet, why doesn't the magnemite line? It's pokedex entries are constantly saying it hovers in the air all the time.
