Apparently Route 23 is just...Route 22.

Which begs the question, what is Route 22 in the beta? A duplicate?
I really need this music, hope someone uploads it so I don't have to root around for it myself. Don't feel like setting up a VM and all the other needed hoops.

Don't even get your own name as the OT, just "HOME", always hated that kind of shit. I know it's not important but I like having my trainer's name on stuff.

Of note is that the Team Flare tracks that were uploaded earlier when the "Space Leak" was going around are confirmed to be in the files. No word on the Spaceship Landing music, that one might be fake but I still want to believe.

I've always thought that the aura trio's theme sounded similar to Solgaleo and Lunala and this proves it.
Listen to the 1:13 part on XY's beta track (still can't insert audio files for some reason) and compare it to the 1:02 part on Solgaleo and Lunala's theme:

The final version of the aura trio's theme also has this bit but it's much quieter. Did they want a space theme for XY, backed out somewhere in development, and added it to next gen's legendaries instead?

All these leaks reminded me that USUM is the only game(s) I've never beat, so I started going through it again.
Even at 350% emulation speed it's a slog, I don't think I can make it.

They're just going in chronological order I think. So DPPt should be mostly done, and seemingly has the most outside BW? And XY is being uploaded as we speak, I think.

AND ITS BEEN 20 YEARS, why did gamefreak never release it besides the fifth film?

Edit: the funniest thing is that to catch Kyogre in VW2 I had to do that temple minigame in W2, kyogre was there, in the sunken city.

Even the emerald seaglass added some ruins underwater.

This is why I've autistically kept a living dex. I just need to finish kitakami.

Gen 7 was when I decided to quit the new pokemon games cold turkey. The constant stopping of progress because of hand-holding bullshit and forcing you to use the new gimmicks/features that unlocks content is just a straight-up buzzkill for me. That and the stories keep getting more bloated.

There's no reason to remind me 34876345687 times that the power of friendship can overcome anything. There's no reason why I have to be forced to sit through tutorial after tutorial for basic things that anyone could have figured out themselves within seconds just by trying/pressing buttons. Mantine Surfing was like the only neat time-killer I liked.

Also Gen 7 was when i finally buckled down and hacked my 3DS so i can use PKHeX to edit my savefile, because the new EV game/system thing was completely inferior to gen 6's "throw soccerballs at balloons while beating the shit out of punching bags"

I actually liked you could just leave several Pokemon overnight.

The problem is it was only for one stat - when you should have been able to do all stats needed at once - and there was no quicker way of doing it such as Pokemon football.

Pokemon Football not being back for Galor was also funny.

I cannot wait to learn how much dropped ideas were in 8 and 9. Especially 8.

Give me a mainline Pokemon Game with a story about the pitfalls involved with using power you don't fully understand.

Better yet, give me a Pokemon Game with a story that has tangible threats (like mob bosses and political corruption *cough* gen wun / Gen 2 *cough*) as opposed to world ending lunacy.
 
Imagine a mainline story on the same levels as the one from Explorers.

Legit suicidal characters and the world actually ending. I mean the apocalypse is reversed but the good guys fail the first time around. Imagine a character with a level of depth as Grovyle, man.
