I'm still in the Trainer Hill in Revelation Emerald, trying the same challenge for a 100th time in a row trying to shave off seconds off my record like a speedrunning troon. I managed to get down to sub 15 minutes but I need less than 12 to get the special Pokemon the romhack added and I hit a wall. Then I need to do this 3 more times even when I do succeed, with the challenge getting harder every time probably.
I'm considering "cheating" and taking out some of my other Pokemon via Trigger's PC just so I can do this quicker. The ones from my current playthru I leveled up are doing a good job, but it's obvious I will need more power or some devious strategies to get the right time, like the lv5 Smeargle with Dragon Rage trick(I think there are other Pokemon I can breed that also have this move). The only upside is that if I get a really good time, I get a free Ether or a Max Ether at the cost of a few healing items I can easily buy back, so at least I am making some progress.
More than anything, I just want to go back to proper Pokemon postgame and hunt down some Legendary Pokemon. I want to get the Kanto starters and Celebii from the Hill first and train them as I go along however, quite a dilemma.

Looks cool. Maybe once I'm done playing one total overhaul romhack of each major title, I will try one of those autistic "All the pokemon in one game" hacks.Elite Redux doesn’t go all the way to gen 9, but has them all up to gen 8. Its main gimmick is that each mon has 3-4 abilities, which vastly opens up team building. The difficulty isn’t too bad; the game hands you a frankly disgusting amount of tools to make your team exactly how you want it so you can always match your opponents’ OP shit with your own. Nuzlocke isn’t built-in like it is for Radical Red but there’s no reason why you couldn’t just do it the old fashioned way.
