As more leaks come out I'll update the list I posted earlier.

On another, unrelated note, Accidental TCG spoilers prove that Cosmog's Evolution evolves into both of the version mascots.
I wonder how that's going to play out in the story. If the player gets Cosmog, what's to stop them from just dumping it into the PC or grinding until it evolves? Or will it stay with Lillie until you reach the "meet mascot legendary" plot point?
I'm sad it doesn't get to stay a cute space blob forever. Ah well, that's what breeding is for.

Yeah, Pokeride replaces them, and Fly, Surf, and Waterfall are now TMs
Do we get to choose which pokemon we ride? Riding a Rapidash in-game has always been an autistic dream of mine. #itpretty

Not really, we get to call up a specific Pokemon species, each one of which has a unique function. Tauros replaces Rock Smash, Charizard replaces Fly, Stoutland replaces Item Finder, ect. The biggest perk is that you can now have a team of any six Pokemon you want, no longer need any HM slaves for exploring purposes. You could, for example, make a team of 6 Unown and, outside of battle difficultly, get to places just as easy as any other party combo,

I just buy the code cards online, I live far enough away from any game stop that I'm saving money because the gas I use to get there.

Honestly, I don't understand why they keep shoving this code card agenda. Why can't we just get event Pokemon via the internet like always? Or, if they really want to get us into a Gamestop, why can't the event Pokemon be distributed via WiFi the way they used to do it? Getting a physical card and then having to type a long code is annoying af.

I guess I'm just salty because I own all four of the Gen VI games (X/Alpha Sapphire are the games I pour all my effort into, Y/Omega Ruby are there for replays) so going through the code process is super long. Plus sometimes Gamestop employees don't give me multiple cards even though I have multiple games (:_(

Holy shit, that's amazing! Will former HM moves still be around in the form of TMs, like they did with Flash? I'm just asking because Surf is actually a damn good move (unless you're in a double/triple battle, that is) and I'd hate to see it go.

Well hot dang, those are some low base speed stats on those guys, save for the Salandit evolution. I was expecting Decidueye and Lurantis to be a bit more speedy.

Ah well, I actually prefer the more rounded stats Decidueye seems to have. Makes it easier for me to make them a mixed-attacker and those are more my jam. Though I am talking in a more competitive sense, not for a casual play through of the game. Don't give two shakes about their natures/stats when just having fun n' all. Can't believe it's going to be out in eleven days uuugh I wish it were right this goddamn second

How is an archer not a speedy mother fucker?

Thanks, Game Freak. Yes I know this sort of thing is not new.

EDIT for sperging: Actually, do we have any info on what nature his Decidueye was? Just saying, it might not be quite as bad as it looks if he happens to have a low-Speed nature. Plus EVs and IVs and such.

Updated the list with the Hidden Abilities and base stats of the starters

Additionally, it seems that Z-moves have some interesting interaction, like Z-move Splash increases Attack by 3 stages, and Z-Move Celebrate/Hold Hands/Happy Hour/Conversion/Geomancy increases all stats by 1 stage, for example.

Also:
-Leech Life is now 80 Power instead of 20(and a TM)
-Sucker Punch is now 70 Power instead of 80
-Dark Void is now 50 Accuracy instead of 80 and fails if anyone other than Darkrai uses it, similar to how Hyperspace Fury fails if a Pokemon that is not Hoopa-Unbound uses it.

Thoughts on two new abilities that got leaked on Rowlet and Popplio (spoiler'd for anyone who doesn't want to look)

Long Reach is the one Rowlet can get, and apparently allows for them to strike a move without making physical contact. This is interesting since it saves them from things like Flame Body, Rough Skin, Rocky Helmet's, etc. and could potentially be useful if anyone wants to avoid those pesky chip-damage sort of things.

Liquid Voice is the one Popplio can get, and it turns any sound-based moves into a Water-type. So basically pixilate, but with water, and exclusive to only sound moves like Growl, Hyper Voice, and whatever sound-moves you might be able to think of. If that turns out to actually be a good ability for competitive Primarina, I can see people starting to bring in Poke'mon with Soundproof to combat it.
