I stuck with Part 3 Stands for mine. Had to change some of them because of character limits. Off the top of my head:

Delphox - Magic Red
Bisharp - Tower Gray
Ditto - The Fool
Mewtwo - HermitPurple
Lucario - StarPlatinum

Then for some I went with Stands from other parts.

Yveltal - King Crimson
Gogoat - Highway Star
(I think I have more, can't really remember atm.)

Most of the time otherwise I name my Pokemon based off of anime shit. My Blaziken is Asakujaku, one of Guy's attacks from Naruto that's moonspeak for "Morning Peacock." Zapdos is Eneru.

Shroomish - Barry

I was never really a fan of giving my pokemon nicknames, especially after I got back into the games a few years ago. I went from playing Red and Blue in 1999 to picking up SoulSilver and White 2 a few years ago and had a hell of a time remembering all the new names.

I did spend a few days last month trying to get a shiny Gloom in cwcki user Venusaur's friend safari. Instead I got a shiny whirlepede and two shiny fucking Garbador's (the pokemon I hate the most :mad:). To ease the pain of getting two garbage (lol) pokemon, I nickenamed them both Barbage.

I also started making a competitive team and gave them nicknames. Most aren't that interesting, but I did name my Sharpedo Sharknado and my Sylveon Haberdasher (because of the ribbons :P)
 
Dragonite - Big Kahuna
Blaziken - El Jefe
Shiny Gallade - Sir Gawain
Shiny Gyarados - Momentum (has Moxie)
Pidgeot - Skyfall
Jolteon - Sonic Boom
Glaceon - Tundra
Krabby - Packmule (HM Slave)
 
My Feraligatr is Gatoraid, and that's really the only one with a decent nickname. I transferred all of my Pokémon for X playthrough one to the second before naming them, which I then transferred to Alpha Sapphire. I will probably breed a 6 IV Infernape (cuz my 5 IV one is traded fron another player) and name him Wukong.

I got Iron Fist 5IV ones if you need. They're Adamant, though, so Sp. Atk sucks on em. They're pure physical.
 
From my last USUM playthrough:
Primarina - IWasBlahking
Raichu - ZapRat
Zorua - FoxSox

I don't remember the rest.
 
I like to give my Pokémon themed names.

when I did my poison mono I named them after the most toxic things I could think of - memes.
