So Pokemon GO was released recently and it looks like a total hit (aside from the occasional bugs or shutdown servers) in the game centers!

I just got this game today and so far have captured a pidgey, rattata, and a weedle. I've seen more pokemon around in my area that I haven't captured yet like paras, beedrill, venonat, spearow, and pedgeotto. I hope to find more around in the woods or near the ponds at my place but I can't say for sure yet. But Kiwi's, how's the game for you?

Yeah I saw multiple other countries hadn't received the game yet either which does suck, but who knows how long it'll take to come out honestly.

This makes me disappointed to live out in the country, as the frequency of pokemon seems somewhat reliant on either population or cellphone connections in an area.

Your phone needs a gyroscope. If it doesn't have one, you're stuck. I wanted to try this myself, but after reading the comments on the Play Store, I remembered my phone lacks one as well (wanted to try those VR deals earlier and saw my phone can't do it either).
