honestly who the fuck thought this game was a good idea to begin with

its almost like japan did it on purpose to see how many stupid yankees they could make kill themselves. its the perfect revenge for hiroshima

Speaking of that, have a look at the loading screen from the game:

It's not like it's instant either, it takes a few seconds or more to go through this screen.

If we're lucky, the first death will be someone driving while catching pokemon hitting someone crossing the street without looking while trying to catch pokemon

Which is why children Pokemon trainers are so rare in the games. You either make it big as a generic bug catcher or shorts kid, or make it as a gym leader, or you get eaten by Pidgeys and Rattata.

Not when they're literally thrown out into the wilderness with just a bag with a change of clothes, an animal that hates them, and a empty ebook. And maybe a spray on potion.

Then they get to the nearest forest and have to deal with hives of bees that are a goddamn metre long.

Granted, it's slightly better now that the trainers are 15, since they'll only be horrifically murdered by bees instead of brutally murdered by bees.

Only the strong wolf-pups will survive. It keeps the pack strong.
