Precisely, also if somebody made a broken version on Blue, there is no point in making one on Red, so I am upgrading to Emerald

On top of that, me and my friend will be working on it, so it will be more stable

Let's Horribly Break Pokemon Blue wasn't about a hacked or randomized version. It was about exploiting every single glitch from the original cartridge and trying to complete the game while the code was unraveling from all the glitches messing with it. Highly recommended, BTW.
