The ground and grass tiles are modified versions of the stock RPG Maker tiles, but I modified them to fit the other components.
Edit: the tree and the signs are original.

Quick question: I haven’t given any thoughts on the region name for this game. It’s basically Florida. Any suggestions?
 
Gave up on the custom tilesets. Here's the starting city, "Peniscoke City"

Honestly that looks dope for a starting city. I see real potential in this project.
 
That looks cool, there are also some websites like Reliccastle that have community-made sprites that are free to use, you could grab some of those if you want, Pokémon Reborn's assets are also free to use and the one thing they made right are the tilesets, but you can stick with the vanilla sprites if you want they look really nice.

Fun fact, these sprites are already heavily modified vanilla sprites.
 
Is it just me, or does the piss yellow buildings hurts the eyes? Unless that the point.
