Hot damn! I've never cared about cosplay but I think I'm developing an interest all the sudden.

just now branching out to the other lolcows board and learning about PixyTeri. Funny, I'm from Texas and grew up not far from Victoria. I have a nephew about the same age as her who grew up in Victoria. I'm going to ask him if he ever met her.

I would assume so if it's so bad that she hides from customers under the desk and throws things and cries at work. We also hand out their phone number to every upset customer that asks for it as if it was candy. Her coworkers also could have reported her a few times.

Where do I even begin.

I didn't finish reading through this thread until now, because every now and then I'd read a comment that bugged me - usually about how "anyone" can look good with a little bit of effort. It is true in PT's case, but for those who lost the genetic lottery and were born with a case of ugly, that little effort may cost thousands of dollars and the results are not always pretty.

Sorry about the rant. Just gets my goat.

I couldn't wrap my mind around the idea how sitting in a steam room and then rinsing with water would get you clean. Turns out, it doesn't. That page about onsen that somebody linked explains how you're supposed to wash yourself (with soap!) before you get into the pool.

Also, do you know if PT takes requests? Maybe someone could convince her to cosplay a character with an outfit that works better with her bodytype. Tokyo Godfathers comes to mind.

They have an online forum that you have to have a company-given user ID and password in order to log in. This makes talking to people that work anywhere in the company a lot easier. Yes, Pixyteri has an account there, and no she hasn't used it for anything.
