All they do is shave off some of her leg and/or stomach fat, then cut off her chin. She looks good without that great protruding jawline.

I have a female Facebook friend who is a bit bigger than Pixyterri, but is sexy, because she knows how to dress and do her make up in a way that uses her bigness in a good way, Pixyterri just poses awkwardly in school girl outfits, with that weird ass expression. Also she obviously has some identity issues, and is like ashamed that she isn't Japanese, she has a fantasy version of what it would be like in her head, kinda like when some white teens who are into rap, try to say they are from the hood, when they are not.
