Is she squinting her eyes in a very weird attempt to look more asian in this one? and what's she doing with her hands? I know this is far back, but that's not that far off to be honest. I grew up in Victoria, and I'm not shocked. I've seen some of the kids I went to school with, and yes, they are depraved and desperate enough to do such acts on PT. Mainly they were weebs or Juggalos, but yes, I don't doubt those claims for a second. Victoria is a cesspool. You either move out when you have the chance, or you'll be stuck in that town forever.

She is obviously channelling Richard Barthelmass. The man was as Asian as his name implies but he played a Chinese man in a film (admittedly from 1917...) called 'Broken Blossoms'. He attempted to deal with his non-Asian-ness by..... squinting. For the entire 90-min film.
Also, Pixy was one ugly baby who seems unaware that her mother's kitchen was decorated in the best faux-vaguely-Asian decor 1974 had to offer.
