I'd be willing to bet money that it's the guy, yes guy, who cosplays as her and bought her Shampoo costume. He's also made a couple YouTube videos cosplaying as her.

late responding to this, but take a look at the pins she has on the hat in her kindergarten uniform pictures

just picture her prowling the baby aisle at target and seeing those pins and thinking 'yes, those are SO kawaii, they will look great on my sexy (pre)school girl outfit.'

It'd probably drive a good number of guys away but at least there's the factor that his personality and stench aren't repulsive. But then again I don't know the guy.
 
I suppose, but he actually accomplishes the cuteness level Pixyteri has always been aiming for.
 
He doesn't have the dead-eyed stare. Absent that, a Pixyish caricature has a shot at actually being amusing in a kooky way. I look at him and think "try-hard and deluded, but clearly having fun and not hurting anyone, so go nuts." Pixy looks dead inside.
 
This toddler shit needs to stop. It's one thing to be a sexy schoolgirl, but baby pins in a hat and dressing like a 3 year old is creepy, and she wonders why she's single.

Nope. I'd totally hang with him too. I've talked to him a few times through DeviantArt and he's really cool.
