I was autistically curious enough to research the topic and found this snippet on the Wikipedia section titled "female world record."

Most pissing contest records are in debate because the diffrent leagues still can't agree on a rule set. Do you measure from the dick hole, the waist or from a standing point? Are you allowed to aim with your hand or can you only use your natural angle? Is the hip thrust legal?
I swear these committees are just stuck in some sorta ....um...something contest.... sorry I can remember the saying.
