Long answer:
Technically, robots are created by humans so they're sort of their Gods. And going by Descartes' philosophy, all natural beings are basically machines in motion, therefore ROBOTS. So being trapped in a human shell, they can be both a robot and a God. If you reach so far into your ass, you can feel your hand coming out of your throat.

Short answer:

The only instances of "Robot Gods" I can currently remember In various media are Deep thought, The RNG coding jokes in video games, and Mata Nui from that old LEGO series with tribal cyborgs (Bionicle).

...but chances are this person's shtick wasn't inspired by any of those.

Seriously, I have no idea what to make of this person. It feels like a joke, but it's tumblr, so maybe not?
Also, an edgy robot god who doesn't claim to be Unicron? 0/10 would not recommend.

A lot of the attention whore otherkin tumblr users with a long list of mental illnesses that I've seen usually pick serial killer type characters to identify with. Being otherkin is creepy on it's own, but it's more disturbing when they choose murderers. Prolly cuz its edgy or something...
