Aww... Not a pillowfight?

Then again, forts can be fun too. All that matters is that everyone acts like kids no matter what the issue.

Apparently, once you edit your posts, all re-blogs will reflect that change.

So essentially, you could post some run-of-the-mill SJW material to your blog, wait for it to get re-blogged enough, then edit your post to something like this:

Also, Pillowfort is unsurprisingly pro-censorship.

Editing posts and deleting replies.
It's like they don't want to have any real conversation. They just want people to yell at.

I heard about this shortly after the Zamii Incident on tumblr and honestly thought it was in response to that. A site to get away from the SJW callout culture.
I was under this impression as well, more or less supported by this answer they posted:

I expect them to fail, but I don't really see them attempting to create a "safe space" in the same way inkstand or briar nexus tried to.

Sounds like a vapourware site - you know when a group of retards try to make a website and has some gif of a construction worker for like 4 years before the domain retires.

How do they plan on enforcing this? What's stopping me from making tons of socks and calling everyone faggots?

Ruin will do this. Each and every account will have an Avatar of Reality.

Hm, when I first saw this I thought it was an attempt to get away from tumblr staff. Because the staff, quite frankly, are inept and their main purpose seems to be fucking up at basic coding whenever possible.
Now it just looks like another attempt at Inkstand.

There's no way two people are going to be able to get this done, considering how many people use tumblr. And the whole "deleting hateblogs" issue really isn't as black-and-white as they seem to think it is.

That was my initial thought too, considering it was made around the onslaught of multiple updates that have understandably really pissed off tumblr users, but now it really does just look like an "uwu safe space" like everyone keeps saying it is.

i have been in contact with the people behind this about providing them admin support once they get it up and running

You know, at first it sounded like a neat idea. A mix of Tumblr and Livejournal's functions could be grounds for a good site. Of course, looking into it more it just looks like vaporware at best and a gigantic hugbox at worse. Certainly something I wouldn't sign up for.

It's also a pretty bad sign when you need to ask people for help programming it.
