For those unaware Gabe Hoffman is rich and can afford to "bribe" people for dirt on Ralph to embarrass him. Ralph can't do the same obviously. Plausibly this has something to do with why he took Scarlett's laptop, but she has cloud storage backup.
Perhaps one of Ralph's formerly loyal paypigs turned on him with info only they were privy to. Maybe they know more about the videos that were made, and may have involved Ralph interacting with some BBC(s)?

Scarlett called in, Ralph tried to get her to say that she is in fear for her life because of Gabe and needs a restraining order. She said she isn't, Ralph looked defeated. He hung up on her. She called back and said something about Ralph being accusing her of working with people, then he cut her off and hung up again.
He then seethes about Gabe, says Scarlett misunderstood what Ralph sent her, likely telling her to go for a restraining order against Gabe? Who knows what plan his drug addled brain was trying to conduct. Scarlett talks shit in the chat, more laptop accusations. He says maybe Gabe can buy you a new laptop. Says it would be a big miscalculation. Threatens her, admits he was baiting her into getting a restraining order against Gabe. Then he wimpers off.
My favorite part is when Scarlett said the call dropped and Ralph flatly replied that it must have. Oh marital bliss.

This is what I have been thinking as well, what exactly would be embarrassing to Ralph at this point? The dude ate shit out of his girlfriend's ass and released it online and wasn't embarrassed by it.
Then a few minutes later Ralph calls her back and their fight ensues. After hanging up a second time Ralph laments how Scar didn't follow the script he sent while Scar crashes out in the chat for a few minutes. Then Scar goes quiet (possibly because Ralph muted her?) until she calls back at the end of the clip and they make up (again).

I was sceptical about whatever it is Gabe claims to have on Ralph, but all this poorly-executed cloak and dagger shit from Ralph makes me think it's something substantial.
